"La jefa de cocina nos trató muy bien y todos los camareros"

"Las habitaciones del hotel están reformadas y son muy cómodas. Son amplias y cuentan con todos los servicios. Las zonas comunes del hotel también están muy cuidadas. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente en el check-in, ya que el estudio que habíamos reservado tenía supuestamente zona de cocina y en realidad se trataba de un office sin fregadero ni instalación para cocinar. Por suerte, nos ofrecieron rápidamente un cambio a una habitación muy buena. Volvería a reservar."

"El desayuno estaría mejor si fuera algo más variado, y con mejor café. El wifi no llega a las habitaciones. La exclusiva piscina con barra que aparece en las fotos tiene un recargo extra, con consumo mínimo en el bar. A nosotros no nos importó, ya que la segunda piscina que no tiene cargo está muy bien, pero es bueno que los huéspedes lo sepan antes de reservar."

"Very good location, close to everything. The room was truly spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Under any other circumstances, my rating would definitely be above 8. However, the reason I cannot give such a score is the fact that the staff showed zero interest in our requests. For example, the WiFi in the room was practically non-existent, and we were forced to pay in order to have internet access. For a hotel of this level, I find this unacceptable that we didn’t have internet through our vacation!"

"Very good location, close to everything. The room was truly spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Under any other circumstances, my rating would definitely be above 8. However, as I mentioned above, the fact that we had no internet in the room and that the staff showed no interest in resolving the issue for three consecutive days is unacceptable. The peak of our frustration came when we asked to speak to the manager — we were never informed or connected with one, and instead were repeatedly told that nothing could be done. It is simply not acceptable for a 3-star hotel that, firstly, most of the staff cannot properly communicate in English (with only one employee being able to do so adequately), and secondly, that the majority of the staff displayed complete indifference to our problem. Even when we explained that this would lead to a negative review, they either pretended not to understand or accepted it without offering any alternative or gesture to make up for the situation. I did not book a guesthouse, where I might expect fewer amenities. For a hotel of this level, I have certain standards, and this experience fell short of them. For these reasons, my rating is lower than what I would have liked to give, considering the otherwise positive aspects of the stay. I strongly suggest that management pay closer attention to the staff they hire and amenities they MUST offer, because their attitude plays a crucial role in the overall guest experience — even when the facilities themselves are of good quality."
