"This is a small, family-run hotel on a quiet street in an expensive town, and so don't expect 5-star luxury but you can expect a warm welcome. We asked for an early breakfast as we had an early ferry, and so we did get some basics provided (can't comment on the regular breakfast during normal hours) and one of the staff members very generously took us to the ferry terminal for Chios, which was extremely kind and he certainly went above-and-beyond, in the true spirit of Turkish hospitality. The rooms was small/basic, but clean and everything worked well. WiFi was a bit iffy. We loved the location so close to the natural hot spring in Ilıca Harbour, which is an absolute must-see (and must-experience) spot you should dive into, literally, when you visit."

"The property is owned and operated by a very nice, local family. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The property is very quiet; all you hear is nature. You are steps away from the beach and restaurants. Rooms have air conditioning and balconies. Good breakfast. Breakfast has all local flavors, tea, cheese, organic eggs and local twist."

"Всем советуем выбирать этот отель если хотите отдохнуть у пляжа ILICA;) Отель в пару минутах от набережной и от стоянки яхт с превосходным видом на бирюзовое море. До пляжа с песком идти минут 10;) Сам отель выше всех похвал, ты как будто отдыхаешь у себя на даче. В номере есть все необходимое, очень чисто и очень комфортные матрасы, спать одно удовольствие, напор воды супер) Персонал очень порадовал гостеприимством, это онда большая семья и ты у них в гостях, так что для вас они сделаю все необходимое и даже больше чтобы вы остались довольны отдыхом) Нам прям не хотелось уезжать, обязательно вернёмся ещё раз только уже вместе с родными и подольше;)))!!!"

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"We recently stayed here and were thoroughly impressed. Firstly, the staff were truly excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was exactly what we needed: very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. A special mention must go to the breakfast, which was excellent with a great variety of hot and cold options to start the day right. The location was another major plus. With easy access to main roads, it was the perfect base for exploring the area without being in a noisy city center. We had no complaints and will certainly be choosing this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!"

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
