"El resort esta diseñado para no necesitar salir. Hay actividades para toda la familia durante todo el dia. La comida es abundante y variada. Las bebidas incluidas estuvieron bien para nosotros (cerveza y scotch). El parque de agua es pequeño pero funcional. El personal es muy amable y siempre pendiente de lo que uno necesita. Mención especial para el equipo de recreación. Ah...todas las noches hay espectáculos y fiestas temáticas. La playa bastante buena, de arena. Gracias a Serkan Sapmazturk (CRM Manager) por ponerse a disposición en todo momento."

"The staff was really kind at all times, very helpful. They really make it their biggest goal to satisfy everyone. I loved how well prepared the room was, with all additional useful items: hair-dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, calm, even a razor and the shaving cream!! The gym alongside with the pool were more than enough. Moreover the restaurant and food served was delicious. Huge congrats to the team! Will come back for sure"

"Serkan did an excellent job presenting the hotel, keeping us updated with the daily entertainment program, and providing assistance whenever needed. On the positive side, the main restaurant offers a good food selection, the spa facilities (especially the sauna) are enjoyable, and the nearby golf course (just a 5-minute walk away) is a nice bonus."

"The hotel is old and worn out, with the last renovation done about 15 years ago. Calling it a 5-star hotel is very misleading which lead to a huge disappointment. It’s closer to a 3-star based on my experience in many mid- to high-end hotels. Staff, especially at the front desk, need better customer-service training and should at least greet guests with a smile."

"I stayed at the Kaya Belek for four nights as I was racing the Ironman 70.3. In terms of location the hotel was perfectly situated next to the swim start and T1. And a short walking distance to registration and T2. The restaurant buffet had a large selection of food to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Halloween themed desert selection was impressive. The pool was large (unheated) and the beach easy to access. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the rooms which were cleaned daily. The spa was very good and the gym had plenty of treadmills/weights but no bikes. There is easily space for a couple."

"I reluctantly include negative comments but unfortunately they need to be mentioned. Firstly I stayed on the 1st floor (1084) which is directly above the lobby bar. Avoid if you want a decent night’s sleep and have young children. The music starts at 8 and ends at 11 - gradually increasing in volume. On the Friday evening the bass was so loud my room was vibrating. It was a Halloween party and I understand not all guests are staying for the race but the music was very very loud. I was assured that there would only be ambient music played in the Lobby bar on Saturday night but 8pm came and the music started yet again. Not ideal when you have a race the next day and alarm set for 4:30am. Secondly the reception staff weren't very friendly. My welcome to the hotel went “hello. Passport”. No eye contact. No smile. A leaflet tossed in my direction. I then asked a question about lunch times and was told to read the leaflet. When I complained about the music on the Friday evening I was met with a similar cold response. Another big concern I had was the use of ‘single use’ plastic 250ml and 500ml bottles. I must have used over 50 easily alone over my stay. I hate to think about the amount the hotel uses in a year not to mention microplastics. Lastly the air-con was very noisy and I’m pretty sure it didn’t work. There were four different types of pillow to choose from but all uncomfortable."
