"Everything was perfect"
"Very nice clean hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms were amazing. Beautiful view on the terrace. Only a 5 minute walk from the main Avanos centre. A very central place to stay. It was a 1 minute walk to the lake. You don’t need to catch a taxi for eating places. Our flight was delayed and was diverted to a different airport. The hotel kept checking up on us to see if we were ok. Would highly recommend."

"Exceptional stay! The entire team was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to our well-being throughout the stay. Special thanks to Mr. Hikmet, Mr. Osama, and the restaurant team — always smiling and caring. The hotel is spotlessly clean, ideally located, and the breakfast was outstanding: a rich variety every morning, with fresh böreks that changed daily. Highly recommended!"
