"The area under the elevators needs to be cleaned, there are a lot of discarded things and it is not a nice sight when the elevator moves upwards. The pool should have deeper water and the steps to the pool are unpleasantly hard on the edges, it would require steps with rounded edges. The hotel does not have a service such as arranging contracted carriers for trips around Dushanbe, which I would expect from a Hilton-type hotel. Most of the trips are arranged by the reception staff through their own contacts and at relatively high surcharges. Our driver claimed that the hotel kept a full 50 USD out of the 200 USD for the trip to Lake Iskandarkul and Chissor. I booked the hotel for 929.60 USD, but I paid more - 1,003.03 USD, I do not know if this is a mistake on the part of the bank or the hotel."
