"Fue el único alojamiento en el que tuvimos agua caliente y después de la lluvia que nos cayó se agradecía mucho. También tenia muy buen internet y televisión. En el restaurante cocina Alicia y lo hace excelente!!! Por la noche cenamos de lujo y cómo ponen música acabamos bailando y pasamos una de las mejores noches del viaje!!!"

"Nice and solid house, equipped with solar panels, A/C and everything you need to spend some time on that beautiful island. Moreno was very friendly and helpful, the food was great, definitely recommend to stay there and feel the vibe of Ilheu das Rolas."

"You get to stay in the middle of a local village. Even though it's a remote island, there are 3 ACs in the house (probably the only three on the whole island) and WIFI as the house has a private solar pannel electricity. Spacious and clean. Island is awesome. Stay longer than a night!"

"No furniture in the house, just beds and sofa. Friendly hosts, but no English spoken. High prices for drinks, food, transfers,..."

"Everything. The house is simple but confortable. The breakfast was simple but good. You have to understand that you are in a remote place with difficult to get all kind of luxuries. The house is indeed a luxury on the villa where it is. It was very rewarding to share with my children a different reality from what they know without loosing the confort and safety they are used to. The person that received us (Moreno) was very kind and present during all the time making sure that nothing went wrong."

"Nothing. The only thing I would recomend is to have same groceries and goods (cookies, fruits, tea,coffee, water). I would pay that extra because we can't get that even if we want."

"Great location, they supplied a friendly and helpful driver (Clayton) to take me to and from Porto Alegre (stopping off at attractions en route) and arranged boat transport as well. The food at the nearby cafe was fresh and local. It’s a basic property on a beautiful island. Well worth exploring on foot."

"The wifi wasn’t working at the property, but even this was helped by giving me access to the cafe wifi instead. They were very friendly and kind."

"Absolutely in the centre of the island life. There is no better location to get to be a part over all that. Easy access to beaches, port, bars-restaurants, forestwalks and equador. All in together is a hands down place. Wonderful."

"Soweit ich weiss ist das die einzige Unterkunft auf Rolas. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. dort 2 Nächte und einen ganzen Zag zu sein ist ein ganz anderes Erlebnis, als nur als Tagestourist zu kommen. Man übernachtet im Dorf als einziger Tourist. Nach 1 Tag kennt man den Grossteil der Einwohner, die alle sehr freundlich sind. Haus ist gros (4 Betten), gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt einen Generator und Solarpannels (incl. Batterie). Moreno, der die Unterkunft managed war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns super empfangen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder nach Rolas und in diese Unterkunft kommen."

"La gente del posto è stata molto accogliente. Moreno, il ragazzo che gestisce l'appartamento, si è reso sempre disponibile per qualsiasi problema. L'isola è molto remota e bisogna fare i conti con l'elettricità intermittente, ma non dipende dall' host. La casa in mezzo al villaggio lascia un ricordo indimenticabile. L'isola è piena di posti magici."
