"Buen equipo de recepción, siempre amables. Buena habitación, cómoda y fresca. Estupenda ubicación: las tres versiones de los hoteles Torarica (Royal Torarica, Torarica y Eco Torarica) se encuentran casi continuas y se apoyan entre si (por lo menos eso nos paso cuando nos equivocamos de hotel y nos enviaron en un taxi al otro, o cuando necesitamos hacer un cambio de dinero. Y el desayuno en Tangelo, restaurant de la cadena que esta entre el Torarica y el Royal Torarica, fue estupendo."

"Our room was ice and ice cold and this could not be changed, the air conditioning kept working full blast, even when a mechanic had come by and had switched it off. Quite a few people of the front of house staff were self-important and not service minded, not friendly and not welcoming."
