"El personal del hotel es inmejorable, su disposición a ayudar es de 10. Me informaron sobre cosas que hacer en la zona y te dan consejos sobre como moverte y disfrutar al máximo de tu estancia. Además me pidieron un taxi para poder volver al hotel cuando ya había agotado todas mis opciones para poder volver desde otro pueblo y no podía entenderme con los taxistas en inglés. Personal inmejorable."

"Came here late, around 21:00, and check-in was still possible which saved me. Easy to find, really close to the train station which was perfect after traveling. The lady at reception was nice, even tried to help me find a nearby open shop, but everything was closed so I ended up buying late food at the reception only. The design of the hotel looked older, but honestly it had its own charm because of it - not everything needs to be super modern. Rooms were great, I slept like a baby - warm room, good beds, really loved it. Had nice views on Poprad from the window, though it was foggy when I was there so couldn't see much. Overall really solid place to stay. 3-star Hotel Tatra at Karpatská 3273/7 in Poprad, with 75 rooms located near bus and train stations. Features 24-hour reception, restaurant, bar, sauna, and views of High Tatras mountains. Built in older style but clean and functional, popular base for exploring High Tatras region."

"It was in a good location, 5 minutes away from the train station. Lots of choice for breakfast! Great views of the Tatra mountains. Weather was hot but the rooms remained cool! The smoking areas on each floor was good!"
