"El desayuno buffet muy variado. Buena disposición del personal. Bien conectado con el centro de Estocolmo mediante bus y tren."

"Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado. Cuentan solamente con un pequeño ventilador. Si es verano y hace buen tiempo lo más probable es que pases calor. La única solución que proponen es poner un bol de hielo junto al ventilador y ventilar la habitación. Tampoco disponen del típico pequeño refrigerador que suele haber en los hoteles. La cama (el colchón) no me pareció muy cómoda. El resto está bien."

"The way the bathroom floor gets wet after a shower means the towel will be used to dry it afterwards and can not be used the next day. Every time I stay there I ask for fresh towels daily and never get it. Always have to go to reception and get it. Not having a kettle and tea and coffee in the room also affects the level of comfort and enjoyment."

"We didn't have breakfast as we went to our daughter's 5 mins away. Location was perfect for above reason, 5min walk to daughter's apartment. Staff were very friendly and efficient. This is our third stay and the first time ever not had breakfast which is very good with lots of choice."

"This hotel is really ideal for short stay guests, eg business travellers rather than the 8 nights we stayed as there is little storage and no fridge, however it was good for us as we were out most of the day anyway."

We woke up at 4 am because of the daylight and sunrise. That was really annoying. We asked to change the room or if we can have some masks to cover our eyes. But unfortunately, the staff could not find any solution for that. We were feeling tired during the day."
