"El agua de la piscina muy fría. El desayuno increíblemente lleno de gente con muy poco personal. No había platos ni cuentos para servirse la comida. Había demasiados pocos trabajadores para un comedor tan grande y resultaba caótico."

"There is no bidet. Not even face/makeup removal tissue. Maybe hot choco mix for kids in the room and even on the breakfast buffet. Maybe those are the small basic things..but all in all great hotel.."
