"Es un estudio limpio, con cocina y microondas , pero no tiene utensilios de cocina por lo que no se puede cocinar, solo calentar en el microondas el desayuno. Dispone de calentador eléctrico. El personal muy atento, siempre está pendiente de ti. Te reciben con un refrigerio. Está muy cerca de la ciudad vieja ( a 5 minutos en coche )."

"Increíble atención de Ahmed y Nahed. Te Reciben con frutas, dulces dátiles y café. El hotel está situado en Al Ula, a unos 3 km de Al Ula Old Town. Es un hotel sencillo, humilde, con pocas habitaciones pero muy muy amplias. Con cocina , cafetera, menaje, nevera, microondas y plancha. No puedes cocinar. Está muy limpio. El servicio del Personal es más que sobresaliente y un trato excelente, servicial y muy atentos. Tiene sofá la habitación más una gran cama king size. Sobre la ubicación, en Al Ula tienes que coger coche para todo o Uber o bolt. Y en este caso, el wind tiene cerca todo, aunque en coche claro. Si tienes problemas para coger bolt o Uber, puedes hablar con Ahmed que tiene contacto con conductores y chofer para poder recorrer Al Ula. Nosotros lo hicimos dos días con un driver con un precio cerrado que nos consiguió Ahmed. Un hotel humilde con una atención de 5 estrellas."

"The hot water ran out for the third shower, when it was my turn. :( The drainage in the bathroom was very slow. The bedroom window did not open."

"I had an amazing stay at Wind AlUla Hotel. Nader is a truly wonderful host — friendly, warm, and always ready to help. He greeted me every time I came in or out, and constantly checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was fantastic: spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It felt more like a one-bedroom apartment, equipped with all the essentials — microwave, fridge, washing machine, and a kettle for tea and coffee. The bathroom was large with plenty of room to move around. Overall, it was a perfect stay. 10/10 — highly recommended! Thank you Nader to make the staying so enjoyable!"
