"Ubicación excelente. En la calle más céntrica de la ciudad (peatonal) hay movimiento a toda hora. Fue fácil en ingreso. Habitación climatizada. El Wifi funcionaba muy bien."

"La amabilidad del personal, que nos mandó hasta un vídeo de cómo hacer el check-in porque al llegar la recepción estaba cerrada. Además, se encargaron de reservarnos un taxi el día que nos fuimos negociando un rango de precio por nosotros. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta también, en plena calle peatonal del centro de Belgrado y permite recorrer todo el centro de la ciudad a pie."

"+++ The hotel's location is superb. We've stayed there several times, but this time we were pleasantly surprised when we came to Belgrade for my birthday. We booked a regular room, and the hotel unexpectedly upgraded us to an apartment, where my husband and I had a wonderful time. A huge thank you to the hotel staff for such a sensitive and attentive approach to guests."

"A small drawback is that check-in is very late, starting at 2 p.m. If you have an early check-out, and you're staying for two days, you simply have to wait a long time to check in and take a shower."

"The location is great, right on Kneza Mihailova, the bed was comfortable with more pillows. The public parking garage is 3 min away walking. In general for one night the room was small but comfortable :)) it had everything.."

"We had trolley for the baby and it was hard reachable. I think the place isnt proper for people with disabilities and for families with trolleys. There is only one really old small elevator, that you can barely fit in (1 person and the trolley). Other person needs to carry the baby (it says 1st floor, but there is so many stairs like going to the 2th floor.) and the elevator doesn’t even take you all the way up. When you step outside the elevator you stiil need to cary your trolley apx 8 stairs to the reception.. And i think that should be in the description so people would be aware of that"
