No cappuccino option at brekky, just mediocre coffee. The "beach" is not worth the name - better stick with the pool.

"A very nice and clean room. It's newly renovated. It was -8°C outside during our vacation, so we didn't even always turn on the heating because the apartment was so warm. The room has all the necessary kitchen utensils (cutlery, dishes, scissors, a corkscrew) and bathroom essentials (combs, a hairdryer, and even feminine hygiene products). Location is good, it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to ski elevator No.1. The hotel proposes 20% discount at Zjaj. It was the cheapest one. Also the can wax and sharpen the renting board 👍🏻 The apartment complex is connected with spa center Mamababa, so you even don’t need to go outside"

The location is different with booking address. We were trying to find it about 1 hour. You have to put in maps “National restaurant”, the reception is located in the same building, but the left door. The room doesn’t have mountain view, you have the view to the main road and roof from the downstairs restaurant. Since the restaurant is downstairs it was noise some nights Spa complex is a little bit expensive - 5000 dinares per person, the hotel in 200 m propose prise 3000 dinares

La calidad de la comida. Es una pena pero es todo un poco "grasiento" incluido el desayuno. Eso me impide un poco la idea de volver y pasar allí unos días fuera del mundo El aire acondicionado muy ruidoso en la habitación

"Las dos chicas de la recepción el Lunes por la tarde me hicieron sentir como bienvenido a casa. Elegí el hotel por el gimnasio, es el más completo, no es un gimnasio de hotel, es un gimnasio en serio, tiene socios y todo pero manejan muy bien el tema del aforo. Las instalaciones bien, a 10’ en coche de encamp para subir a Grandvalira."

Muy familiar, quizás demasiados niños para mi gusto. El cocinero de huevos no empezaba a trabajar hasta luego de las 8.

"We visited in the off season and the resort was very quiet. All the staff were very friendly and we loved all the facilities. We used the gym, had a couples massage, ate in every restaurant and enjoyed watching the waves on the sun loungers. The beds were the comfiest we stayed in and we loved our coconut welcome drinks! We were lucky enough to see a few turtles on our last day! Perfect location for arriving or leaving Samoa with just a $30 tala taxi ride."

We were sad the pool was closed but appreciate we were there in the off season and there was maintenance

"Everything was amazing! The owners take great pride in their new property and hospitality. We felt super welcomed and honestly spoilt! The room was beautiful with proper linens, thick towels and a hot shower!! The food was delicious - we tried pretty much everything in the menu. Great variety and portions. Lovely place to hang and relax by the pool or take a kayak to the nearby village and mangroves. This was our favourite stay on a 6 week trip and recommend to anyone staying in the area!! All the best to these wonderful hosts!! Xo"

"Las vistas de las habitaciones al mar es algo insuperable. El personal muy amable. Muy buen desayuno, algunas cosas son base y otras van cambiando día a día. Muy buenos productos de higiene y blanquería."

En general la isla es muy cara. El precio del hotel es muy elevado para ofrecer solo desayuno en esa tarifa.

"La amabilidad del personal y el entorno. Aunque el precio fuera elevado, el entorno merece la pena."

Como punto negativo, sería el tema de la habitación para ir con maletas es poco práctico si te toca en un ala, ya que tienes que salvar unas escaleras y quizás podría incluirse una rampa para ello.

"El hotel es maravilloso. Las instalaciones estan en perfecto estado. El restaurante es muy agradable y la comida muy buena. Tanto la playa privada como la piscina son geniales para relajarse despues de un dia de snorkel o submarinismo."

La piscina estaba cerrada por obras, y el restaurante abierto pocas horas.

"Lo que más me gustó de mi estancia en la cabaña fue la tranquilidad en el sector donde esta ubicada, por una parte esta cerca del centro de Punta de Tralca, pero a la vez esta emplazada en medio de un mini bosque de eucaliptos lleno de tranquilidad, además el lugar de las cabañas es precioso, lleno de jardines, áreas verdes y una hermosa fuente con nenúfares"

lo que podría mejorar es el hecho de que en la cabaña en la que me quedé había un gran ventanal el cual no tenía cortinas, por lo que la habitación se iluminaba mucho demasiado temprano, además de que la cama, aunque es de dos plazas, es más pequeña

"Un lugar muy tranquilo con vistas bonitas. La persona que se encargaba de la cena fue súper amable y la comida muy rica. El desayuno no tanto, pero al menos había cantidad, lo que se agradece si te vas de ruta al día siguiente."

La piscina no tiene agua. El internet no llegaba a la habitación, pero puedes estar en el lugar del desayuno y cena para usarlo tranquilamente en alguno de los sofás que tienen.

"Nice calm resort well eqiupped spa, large rooms, great food, drink as well.. What is on top level is staff, in particular super nice lady at reception, always ready to help, moving you immediatelly to relaxing mood on arrival. Hope landlord is well aware having such a treasure in the team."
