Hotel Milano

"La ubicación es muy buena, en una zona tranquila del Viejo San Juan. La habitación era cómoda y estaba recientemente renovada"

"La decoración es un poco fría, no es el típico hotel colonial en la zona vieja pero aún así es muy recomendable"

"Nicely decorated and clean Coffee maker in the room did not work"

"The toilets below the lobby were out of service, which was inconvenient when a crowd of cruisers were waiting in the lobby."

"The property and staff were great as was location. Everything good but there was no window in the room and there was a black out. I think it said no window in the description but I didn’t realize how much i need a window!"

"Get a window if you want."

"The location was perfect. We were close to a lot of historical sites. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly."

"We had a king room but there was only 1 chair. It would have been nice to at least have seating for 2. There were also no convenient towel hooks near the shower."

"Loved the modern industrial vibes. Our room and the whole property was very clean. Excellent location that is centrally located."

"No complaints."

"The hotel was very clean and in a very good location for a tourist."

"The cooling system was very loud and there was no automatic mode on the thermostat so it was on all night even on low. When we checked in, there was no one at the desk and when we checked out, there was no one at the desk. It would be nice if there was a buzzer or a ringer to attract someone’s attention if they’re on break. Our room had no window at all so it was very claustrophobic."
