"Todo muy cuidado y limpio. La cáma muy cómoda, el desayuno cocinado por ellos. Pero sobretodo lo acogedores y agradables que son los dueños que se preocuparon en todo momento de hacernos sentir como en casa."

"Empezando por como nos recibió Butch, una sonrisa y una bienvenida muy cálida. Nos abrió la puerta y al instante notamos el olor a limpio y los ambientes todos bien iluminados con luz natural. Nos explicó como rellenar el papel del desayuno, porque ellos te ofrecen un desayuno muy completo, pero sin generar ningun tipo de desperdicio) y nos mostró la habitación. Las cámadas super comodas, el baño es compartido pero impecable. Tiene una sala de estar en la parte de arriba (donde estan las habitaciones) donde hay galletas, todo tipo de cafes, te, leche, una nevera. Y el plus: dos perritos y dos gatitos muy simpáticos, hermosos! me hubiera quedado mas tiempo sin dudarlo. volvería mil veces mas! Muchas gracias Butch y Sharon!!!"

"If you are looking for an exceptional place to stay on the Coromandel peninsula, this is it. The Lodge is quite large with everything you could need: kitchenette, couch and TV, comfy bed, large bathroom (tub + huge shower), terrace and the a spectacular view of Whitianga! As you would expect, it was very quiet, and the layout is such that, that you can enjoy total privacy. Carol and Warren were very welcoming and we had a nice chat every morning with Warren as he brought us a lovely breakfast. The road up the lodge is fairly steep but it wasn't an issue at all, so if you have a decent car I wouldn't worry about it. While in our particular case, we didn't have the best weather throughout the stay, we appreciated that the lodge is furnished so as to feel like home, which made for a cozy day in. I could tell that there was a lot of thought put into the furnishing and decorating of the lodge!"
