"Nos alojamos en este hotel después de realizar un Road Trip por Namibia y fue el mejor hotel que podíamos elegir. Las habitaciones eran muy amplias, limpias, cómodas, perfectamente decoradas y con todo lo que necesitábamos. Las instalaciones eran espectaculares destacando la bolera y las dos piscinas y la limpieza de todas las zonas comunes. Además, el personal fue muy amable y servicial en todo momento y la comida fue espectacular con una gran variedad y una gran calidad de los alimentos. Es un hotel ideal para desconectar y descansar después de un largo viaje como el nuestro y esperamos volver muy pronto."

"This trip with my sister was my second visit to Midgard. Our first visit was in 2018 with our mother to celebrate her 60th birthday, we were so impressed then. We love how the property has been maintained, healthy animals, upgrades being continuously made to the grounds. The friendly and helpful staff! We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, the deep tissues massage was the best I ever had, the horse ride with Milo was an experience. Our game ride tour guide was knowledgeable, we saw Impalas, Giraffes (one pregnant), blue and black wildebeests etc. The food was amazing! Thank you to the staff at Midgard for a lovely stay, worth every penny!"

"On our last night which was a Saturday, some guests were very noisy in the early hours, however we contacted reception and the noisy guests were handled and we were back to sleep!"

"Very beautiful Property with very friendly proactive staff. The road from Okahanja (not airport) is very scenic. We will definitely be coming back with family to explore the spa, and the Vintage cars! The rooms are big and the dining area is beautiful too!"

"The road signs to Midgard are not very good on the route we took. Without Google Maps we would have been lost. This is more of a government issue, but I think the property would do well with signs 🙏🏾"

"everything about the property, we were served by Liz Sam mostly during our stay and she was amazing. She would go the extra mile if we needed anything for our little one. Very attentive and friendly. She made us feel so welcome . Also had another gentleman who served us, unfortunately l didn't get this name 😞. He was exceptionally good as well.Also Dewin or Devin who took us on a drive, he was amazing, even the kids absolutely enjoyed it as he stopped and explained different animals etc. Very friendly and welcoming. He really made us feel so comfortable."

"Some of the waitresses can try and be more friendly and engaging. Some will just walk past and not greet and that is disappointing as customer service is key in hospitality. Would like more fish or seafood options on the buffet menu as my husband struggled as he does not eat red meat due to health reasons."
