"La ubicación es excelente, se camina tranquilamente a la plaza principal de Cozumel, en el camino hay muchos restaurantes. Definitivamente la mejor parte es que esta a la orilla del mar, tiene todo para disfrutar a cualquier hora la vista del mar, entrar a nadar, snorkelar y ver una gran cantidad de animales marinos. El internet tiene excelente cobertura. Me ENCANTO el lugar y el servicio."

"Es un lugar soñado, con el océano a 2 pasos de la habitación , en un lugar excepcional para hacer snorkel con 4 o 5 m de profundidad y una claridad excepcional. Te brindan el equipo de snorkel, te llenan la heladera a diario con jugos, cervezas , agua, leche y te limpian la habitacion. Cuentan con sereno durante el día y noche. El punto negativo es que no vas a querer salir de Condumel a ver otras partes de la isla porque es demasiado lindo estar en Condumel. Tiene un par de restaurantes cerca, y sino se puede utilizar la app rappi para que te traigan comida a tu puerta. Volveria otra vez sin dudarlo!"

"Muy buen departamento, amplio, completo, sin lujos pero con todo lo necesario para descansar frente al mar, reposeras, sombrillas, hacer snorkel con equipos facilitados, ver los atardeceres justo enfrente, hermoso sin dudas volveríamos. Sugerencia, alquilar un vehículo para moverse al centro y también recorrer el resto de la isla. Excelente la recepción y atención durante la estadía!!!"

"The location is north side of the port/ferry terminal. This is the quieter side. No big beach clubs or partying. Easy walk to restaurants and taxis pass all the time. Beach area in front of apartments is for apartment us only and is spotless. Snorkelling is magnificent directly in front of apartment. We saw turtles, eagle rays, all type of reef fish and coral as well as moray eels, lion fish, stone fish. Fabulous. The apartment is serviced to a high standard daily. We extended by 2 days to take advantage of the quiet and the snorkelling. Fridge if full of essentials if you wish to use them and you are charged for them at very reasonable rates."

"The airport is nearby but flights are seldom and no flights at night. The apartments are clean but dated. Easily overlooked for the magnificent view, beach, snorkelling."

"Slightly out of town which was great as it was more quiet. We absolutely loved being able to jump straight off the back into crystal clear waters to snorkel. Great amenities - excellent hosts."

"Clara our host was so friendly, we were met at the door when we arrived and were given a lovely honeymoon gift. The facilities are incredible - the room was amazing, gorgeous views, such a nice place to enjoy the sunset and watch the cruise ships come and go. The swimming and snorkeling was so amazing, we couldn’t believe the colour of the coral and the fish right under our ladder! The fridge was well stocked, everything is right there for you if you don’t want to go to town. The walk to town was about 15 minutes but there are great restaurants to have breakfast and dinner along the way, so you’re not far from anything. We want to say thanks so much for making our stay so special and for all the friendly assistance, especially when I got sick with the flu. Bill the owner was also super friendly and helpful! Snorkeling gear provided as well. Thanks so much again, we will highly recommend to everyone and will be back!!"
