"Nos quedamos una sola noche y al menos en 2 ocasiones solicitamos apoyo con el tema del aire acondicionado ya que se les olvido darnos el control y tuvimos que bajar personalmente a se solucionara y se veia que las personas encargadas no tenian mucho que hacer y por estar platicando entre ellas nos podian llevar el control del aire a la habitacion"

"Excellent location, at the nicer end of 5th Avenue . Very nice studio apartment with great facilities. The staff were excellent , cleaned the room every day, and we had a large water bottle refilled in the room . Very close to beach and 38th street restaurants which we found were way better than those on the main drag."

"My only criticisms would be it was diff finding the place, because it is down a little alleyway that simply says “reception” but not the name of the hotel. Also we had a studio on the ground d floor which had a glass brick wall feature - every time someone walked past to the pool or their rooms it triggered the outside security light which lit up our room through the glass . I would stress that these minor things should not put anyone off , as we really did have a lovely stay . FYI it is about 30m away from the junction with 38th street down a whitewashed walled alleyway with metal barred gates on the right as you walk down the alleyway ."

"Personnel accueillant, chaleureux, attentif à nos besoins. Condo très grand, propre, sécuritaire et situé vers la fin de l’ambiance festive de la 5eme. Tout près de la Norte 38 qui est tout simplement charmante."

"Квартира просторная, весь персонал внимательный, Сьюзи всегда была на связи и помогала в любых вопросах. Помогла организовать место на парковке возле апартаментов, в арендованнном авто разрядился аккумулятор и она помогла решить проблему. Уборка была ежедневная и качественная."

"Сам номер немного сырой. Маловато солнца. Нужно это понимать и включать кондиционеры. Когда берешь квартиру с кухней, то хочется, чтобы были условия готовить еду: соль,сахар, перец, масло растительное, тряпки и средство для мытья посуды. Может в Мексике это не принято, но нам ради 4-х дней это покупать все было неудобно. В этом году на пляже запах сероводорода был в наши дни, много осень людей и мы ездили на другие пляжи. Это не вина персонала, особенность курорта."

"The location was perfect, right in 5th avenue close to everything. The rooms were perfect for two families. The property was quiet and family friendly, our daughters got to enjoy the pool all to themselves every night."
