"El personal muy atento. Fueron todos facilidades para un cambio de habitación. Muy bien localizado a 5 min de la calle principal que atraviesa Chisinau.Todo tipo de comercios, restaurantes cerca y pegado a la parada de buses que van a Cricova. Hablan Inglés sin problemas. Recomendable 100%."

"The location was good and the rooms were very clean"

"The hotel Is being refurbished, there isn't a lift so we had to use the stairs which were covered in plastic and obviously very slippery but once these works are ready I can highly recommend."

"The staff are amazing young people! They are so kind, friendly and helpful! There’s a parking area on the territory and I was allowed to leave my car for the whole period of holidays for quite a reasonable price, which appeared to be more comfortable and much cheaper than the airport parking."

"Nice and cozy hotel in a good position. Downtown Chisinau is easy to reach in 10 mins walk. Comfortable room with a small fridge. The lady at the reception was very kind. I was given a “doggy bag” for breakfast as I had to leave very early the last day and I was not able to eat at the restaurant."

"This hotel has exceptional staff, always ready to help, very positive and kind. We were given everything what we asked for (like extra hangers for clothes, kettles etc.). The rooms were cleaned every day, the place was calm, good for resting. The breakfast was really amazing, with many options to choose from and great coffee, the staff working at the breakfast restaurant were helpful and seemed naturally happy and proud doing their job. Thank you!"

"A very decent hotel in the heart of the city. A short walk from both the bus station and main square. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the price was fair. Amenities even included toothpaste and toothbrush! The hotel operates its own pub and restaurant downstairs which is convenient if you want to have a pint in the evening and breakfast in the morning. The staff was friendly. I had to try my best in Russian, as they didn’t speak English. Card payments acceptable. Definitely would stay there again!"

"The hotel is very beautiful, well located with easy access from the main road, offering a wonderful view of the vineyards and very close to the Cricova Winery. The rooms are elegant, but although they seemed clean, some small improvements are needed: the towels should definitely be replaced as they are old and give an untidy impression; the sink and bidet taps have rust stains and should be changed; the bed linens as well. The staff is responsive, but it is not easy to find someone at the reception desk. Breakfast is included in the price and served à la carte, but with only a few options available. Overall, everything else was fine."
