"Great location and the scenery was beautiful. Very nice and peaceful atmosphere. Located on hill tops and the views were amazing! Perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. Surrounded by trees and was entertained by monkeys swinging through the branches. The rooms were also very spacious and allowed a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient and meals were delivered to the room. Staff were very accommodating and overall had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay."

Modi Lodge is quite hidden and set in a remote area. It offers a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, which can be great if you’re looking to unwind, but it also means that getting around is difficult without your own transportation. Public transport and taxis are limited in that part of Curaçao, so without a car you won’t be able to easily reach beaches, restaurants, shops, or other attractions on the island.

"Located exactly on the mountain, with exceptional views. Facilities were clean, comfortable and well heated. Staff were very helpful to transfer us to the hotel when we arrived, as the car park was a bit far from the hotel. They also treated us exceptionally well, and were always ready to accommodate us with our needs. Food and drinks were also really good. All in all 10/10 stay"

Aunque la comida estaba muy rica es bastante cara. No es un sitio para ir de mochileo.

"Nalazi se na savrsenom mestu sa jako lepom plazom. Bungalovi su skromni ali ok. Postoji opcija klime ali mora ranije da se najavi! Hrana je izvrsna, imaju jako zanimljive izlete po ok cenama. Odlazak na kornjace ne treba propustiti!!! Osoblje je sjajno."

"Beautiful surroundings, so calm. The host is incredibly helpful and kind. This refuge is his personal project, and you can see his passion. The surrounding villages are small but lovely to walk through. There are nice hikes possible, including to the peak of Mount Agou, the people on the paths will kindly guide you to your destination. They are truly kind."

The location on the map is slightly off, ask for a pin before you arrive to make sure you find the right place!

La gastronomía es excelente. Los paseos y actividades, muy bien diseñadas. Las suites son muy amplias y cómodas. Todo perfecto!"

"Es exactamente lo que esperabamos, unas cabañas totalmente camufladas en em medio del parque natural! Las cabañas son de sueño, la poza calentada de manera natural es una experiencia única, la comida y los desayunos un 10!!"

"El lugar está ubicado en un punto perfecto estratégicamente para vivir lo más salvaje de la zona , y entre las dos principales rocas . Se desprende magia salvaje para los sentidos , el olor húmedo de la selva , los sonidos cautivadores de la naturaleza al despertar que conviven con el silencio aislado del tumulto humano. Con una piscina infinity recién terminada en mitad de la jungla. A dos pedaladas de la zona de bares de Sigiriya. Sus anfitriones son especialmente agradables y familiares. El dueño , un entrañable señor mayor , puede contarte toda la historia e intrahistoria de la zona . Gracias por todo !"

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring a warm welcome and attentive service throughout. The lodge itself was impeccably clean, and the pool area provided a perfect spot for relaxation. Additionally, the breakfast served at Top Lodge was simply delicious, and filling. "Nina is a charming and caring host who gave us great tips on things to do and places to eat. The property is wonderful, the rooms spacious, comfortable and cozy and the breakfast was delicious!! We should have stayed longer!!!"

Was a bit musty smelling, but after being opened up and aired out and a candle or two it was perfect.
