"La vistas son maravillosas. El desayuno el mejor que hemos tenido en Sri Lanka y la habitación también, además es muy amplia. El personak ha sido muy amable y nos han ayudado a conseguir transporte dentro de la ciudad así como para salir de la misma, muy pendientes de todo. El hotel cuenta con un conductor de tuk tuk, que nos ayudó a conseguir entradas para ver bailes tradicionales y tener unos buenos asientos. Todos muy profesionales. El mejor hotel en el que hemos estado en Sri Lanka!"

"The Sy Pavilion is a lovely place to stay. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean and nicely furnished and decorated. The views from the room and upper terrace are spectacular. The manager and all staff are considerate, helpful and friendly and clearly take pride in providing a great service to customers. Austin the Tuk-Tuk driver was brilliant, helpful offers a wonderful service taking customers on trips around Kandy. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and is also very accommodating when taking hotel guests to and from restaurants and other places. Thank you for such a pleasant stay. We would highly recommend the Sky Pavilion to all."

Austin the Tuk Tuk driver is amazing and really helped us get around with a brilliant city tour, the owners should be really proud as this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in, breakfast looking out over the stunning views in the morning was magnificent. I highly recommend this hotel for the spectacular views and amazing hospitality. I would stay here without hesitation if I was to come back to Kandy. PS Austin is a legend & best Tuk Tuk driver in Kandy 🛺"
