"Espectacular ubicación, frente al mar y cerca de las famosas playas y con restaurantes alrededor. El anfitrión muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo, hicimosla excursión para ver ballenas através de él. Aunque habia leido sobre el ruido, nosotrosno escuchamos nada, supongo que los fines de semana cambiará."

"Todo. Amabilidad y atención por parte del dueño, la habitación está bien, limpia, tiene mosquitera, estás en medio de dos de los sitios más famosos de mirissa. Cómo nos quedamos unos cuantos días, tuvo un detalle con nosotros y nos cocino una de sus piezas que había pescado, delicioso. Totalmente recomendable!"

"Quizá falta un poco más de luz en el baño, la luz es muy tenue y se ve poco. También las fotos parece que abres la puerta y pisas la arena pero no es así, aunque prácticamente lo sea en el sentido que estás a unos pasos de la arena por lado y lado, en frente tienes un muro que divide las rocas de la propiedad y un paseíto en medio que la gente toma para ir a las principales atracciones y cruzar entre playas, te puede sentar en el muro mientras contemplas el mar que te queda casi a los pies. Quizá pondría fotos nuevas y que nadie se sienta engañado."

"This property is great value for money. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We borrowed a snorkel and walked 5 mins to see turtles on the beach. Nimesh was a kind host and was available when needed."

"The only issue was a restaurant nextdoor playing music until about 23:30. We spoke to the restaurant and they turned the music down second night."

"The loation of this property is incredibly you can see both Parrot rock and coconut hill and the property is located in the middle of them. It was a highlight of my stay being able to see them both from outside my room. The host was very friendly and gave me lots of information on the area when checking in which was super helpful."

"The restaurant/ bar around the property played music loudly until 11.30/12am which made sleeping difficult i could also hear the people next door having conversation very clearly. I sleep with ear plugs in and could hear both of these even with them in so that would be something to be wary of. But I would still stay here again because of its location."

Unreal location - you can step right out of your room and onto the beach, plus you’re surrounded by all the best restaurants. The host was so lovely and helpful, providing dinner and beach recommendations too. The room was clean, comfortable, aircon worked a charm. Highly, highly recommend + crazy affordable!"

"Wow! This place was the perfect spot which was the envy of all who passed by, the photos do not do it justice. Mirissa was a chaotic place and we definitely wouldn’t not have enjoyed our stay as much if we weren’t staying here. The Beachfront access was amazing and the newly-installed air conditioning in our rooms was a pleasant surprise. However, the best thing about our stay was our host Nimesh. Nimesh was incredibly friendly, helpful and personable. He gave us great advice about the area and was always free for a friendly chat. He helped us do our laundry for a great price too. Our only regret was not being able to go fishing with him due to the wind. Next time!"
