"Encantados con este hotel y con el personal. Increíble lo serviciales y atentos que fueron con nosotros. Nos quedamos dos noches, la habitación estaba muy limpia y nos la limpiaron cada día. El desayuno también nos gustó mucho y era abundante. Almuerzas en una terraza con una vistas muy bonitas al río y los bosques. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado y nevera. No disponen de servicio de lavandería, pero se lo preguntamos y se encargaron de todo: dejamos la ropa por la mañana y nos la trajeron por la tarde. Nosotros recomendamos mucho este hotel."

"There were red ants in the bathroom and toilet seat. I had to get rid of them, the hotel should use sprays before check in! The photos look great but the room was smaller and no TV in the room.. The road to get to the hotel isn't very easy for cars! Very steep. The location is outta city. I booked this place as it had swimming pool but it was under construction, they should have mentioned it."

On top of the hill so it’s tucked away from the traffic and noise of the city centre and has great views. - Friendly, helpful, professional and well dressed staff all with great English on hand around the clock. The helped us sort our laundry, carry our luggage to and from our room, plan our days and get around via Tuk Tuk or taxi. - Breakfast was included, they were happy to serve it at whichever time we requested and it was always there on time so we could easy fit it around our schedule. - Austin the Tuk Tuk driver that works for the hotel was very helpful and friendly. We exchanged numbers and were able to organise lifts with him at short notice to go to and from wherever we needed to go. He always replied and arrived promptly and spoke perfect English so it made the entire process very simple. He was also able to give us lots of tips, advice and local knowledge."
