"This is an excellent villa in a quiet, peaceful, safe location. Inside, it is very clean and cosy, with high ceilings. The spacious kitchen is convenient for cooking. Air conditioning, hot water, Wi-Fi – everything you need for a comfortable stay! You can easily walk to the beautiful beach, and there are several cafés serving local cuisine along the way. The owner of the villa is very responsive, polite, and always available. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we will definitely be back!"

"Villa located in a quiet living area. Approx 25 min walk from the beach. Apartment is spacious, with a private entrance and you have everything for yourself: well equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, toilet with a shower. Big balcony is a great place to have breakfast, chill in the evening or even work. Fan in every room, plus air-conditioner in bedroom did a great job in the hot weather. Landlord needs a special review. Ean extremely kind, fun and helpful person. Always cared how is the stay, and recommended a few good places to visit. Is also available for a transfer if needed and a few times treated me with big bowl of fresh fruit salad."

"Abe and his wife are very nice and kind people. They always helped me, gave me recommendations, took me to the store. I work remotely and for me this place was perfect, with good internet for Sri Lanka. I like to walk and it was comfortable for me to walk to the beach. Very warm atmosphere, you feel at home. Abe treated me like a relative. This is the best place I lived in 3 months spent in Sri Lanka. I would like to come back. Thank you Abe!"

"Лучшая вилла и лучший владелец из всех мест, где я был за месяц путешествия по Шри-Ланке. 1. Апартаменты занимают целый второй этаж. Отдельный вход. Большая гостиная, кухня, спальня, балкон. 2. Есть нормальный холодильник, плита, чайник, тостер, много посуды. Утюг и отличная стиральная машина. Горячая вода как и должна быть. 3. Владелец учел все нюансы. Кулер с 10 литр питьевой водой, в спальне подключено средство от комаров. И что очень важно, на всех окнах москитные сетки – можно спать с открытом окном ночью, не включая кондиционер. 4. Владелец разрешил выехать в любое время без доп платы. 5. Мощный wifi с реальным безлемитом. 6. 15 минут пешком для пляжа. Для меня это плюс, так как вилла находится в тихом месте. А кто не любит ходить, на тук туке 300 рупий до пляжа. Байк я здесь в аренду не брал, так как по мимо пляжа особо не куда ездить в Бентоте. Однозначно рекомендую!!"

"Estuvimos 2 días y nos encantó, nos ayudaron a hacer el safari, visita a la playa, paseo de tarde muy bonito....es un alojamiento básico para los que les guste salirse de los sitios turísticos, encontrarás ranitas en la habitación y baño nosotros no nos importó. Se ven iguanas por allí Cogimos una habitación para los 4 y bien."

"Estuvimos muy a gusto en la casa. Es una familia agradable y tranquila. Nos dieron te de recibimiento y un zumo (el mejor que he tomado desde que estoy aquí) por la mañana antes de irnos! Tienen agua caliente y la habitación tiene dos amplias camas, una de ellas con mosquitera, aunque no vimos apenas mosquitos. El ventilador hace un poco de ruido y un AC que la verdad no pusimos porque la temperatura era agradable. Cerca de la casa hay una cascada que visitamos (Ellewalla) que mereció mucho la pena. El trayecto es precioso, un embalse con árboles hundidos y después de un paseito llegas a la cascada, donde no había nadie."
