"Es un gran hotel, con muchas faciidades y las personas del lobyy son muy amables y facilitan los procesos de check in y check out, detalles adicionales como tener pantuflas para los huéspedes, agua, hacen la diferencia. El desayuno es muy bueno, por la calidad y diversidad de alimentos. Su ubicación es perfecta, porque está cerca de los sitios de interés. Para los amantes del arte universal, a dos calles del hotel, está ubicada una escultura del Maestro colombiano Fernando Botero."
"El único pero es que la calefacción es central y no es posible graduarla en la habitación, para compensarlo hay un ventilador que al menos reduce el calor, pero sería importante que a futuro se pudiera contar con la posibilidad de graduar la temperatura de la habitación."
