"The hotel staff were one of the most friendliest and easiest individuals to talk to. They made me feel I was a part of their world. They were very caring, curious, and kind throughout my whole stay. I highly recommend staying here just for the staff. They are amazing!"

"Despite the power outages Lebanon intermittently experiences, the suites had backup generators that kicked-in a few minutes later. One thing that could be improved was the air conditioner. I’m not certain if I wasn’t adjusting the temperature properly, but it seemed like the temperature was set to one temperature only. Nevertheless, there’s not much I didn’t like about the suites as it was located in the heart of Hamra. It’s location made it excellent in experiencing all of the amazing Lebanese food!"
