"Very good location with shops, eateries, restaurants and banks around. The area has a beautiful mosque and a park with bus stops close by where you can quickly get a bus to reach the city center. Host is very welcoming and helpful. She guided us with information we needed as tourists. Room was neat and clean with all facilities. We had a pleasant stay."

"Very friendly staff. We loved the way that the hostel was decorated with beautiful curtains in the room. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable so we slept well. The wi fi worked well and the room was well equipped with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The whole place was lovely and warm and cozy even though the outside temperature was very cold and we always had plenty of hot water. We would like to say a special thank you to Alma for arranging a taxi for us to go to the airport at 2.30am and for coming outside with us in the cold to help us. We would definitely recommend this property to others as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The room was really nice – quite spacious, with a fridge, microwave, kitchen table, makeup table and an extra couch. Everything was clean, especially in places you want to be clean the most. We stayed in the winter, and it was very warm inside. The bed was nice as well, with a warm blanket and a comfortable (although pretty soft) mattress. It was also very quiet, which was nice. The location was alright – 13 minutes of walking to a metro station, 5 minutes to a bus station, and taxi to the city center was usually between 1500 and 1800 kzt. The neighborhood was quiet and cozy"

"There was no water dispenser in the hostel (or at least I couldn't find it), although there was a publicly available one right outside of the hotel (with the rate being 15 tenge/L), it's just we had to get a 6L bottle at a grocery store. Other than that, it was great for the price!"

"For me, this accommodation was clean, very inexpensive. Restaurants and shops are all very close. The employees are very friendly and motivated. The rooms are cozy. There is a kitchen to make your own food. I felt comfortable. Thank You"

"Clean, comfortable, colourful design, friendly owner (does not speak English, but uses a translation app, so that is not a problem). There are many facilities such as kitchen, washing machines etc that can be used. The shower was great, good water pressure and hot water. Good location, supermarkets and metro station are within walking distance. Great value for money!"

"There were construction works on the street in front of the hostel while we stayed there, so it was a bit noisy. But that is obviously not the hostel's fault."

"Comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Hosts organised airport transfer and let us do our laundry for free. Slightly out of the centre but a walk away from the metro and shops and restaurants."

"Hostel is in good location, they also help arrange a taxi from the airport. We arrived early morning from the airport and the room was waiting for us. We had a room in the building on the other side of the hostel. All was there- kitchen, bathroom and main room. Very comfortable."

"Only issue was getting into the hostel to pay and leave the keys as we were in the apartment on the other side and there didnt seem to be anyone in the hostel. After a phone call it was sorted though."
