"Good freindly staff and good location. However, I called and sent an email to them for a week they never responded to util i, and i arrived in Kuwait. I was not sure if they had the place or not. Finally, I sent an email to booking.com support, and they got back to me. However, they let me check in early, and they were very nice to me. I wish all the staff the best."

"Staff was very Helpful in this time Specially in this crisis i went to them very tired and my car was broken they help me too much A very good room with Friendly staff they gave me ramadan drinks coffee and tea was perfect I would like to thank the egyptian manger for helping me he was very Helpful specially he talks English as well Also i found anther European guests there and most of them feel like be in home and i found that they were feeling save for the place and the systems in that hotel and staff Thanks safari.
