"The guests upstairs were continuly moving the furniture until midnight. Not just the small kitchen chairs but the large chairs as well. Very unusual, and very annoying. I recommend the management to place smooth adhesive pads to the bottom of the furniture legs; allowing quiet movement."

"숙소 시설 전체 디자인과, 분위기가 이국적이었고, 휴양지에 온 느낌이라 좋았습니다. 특히 야간에도 아이들과 밖에서 놀 수 있도록 넓은 공간이 있었고, 안전한 시설에 아름다운 조명 등등 만족스러웠습니다. 객실 내 침구류가 뽀송했고, 객실 안 청소 상태도 좋았습니다. 바닷가가 바로 옆에 있어서 아이와 놀기 좋았고, 오션플레이에, 안전요원들이 많이 배치되어 있어서 안심하며 놀 수 있었습니다."
"직원의 응대태도, 표정, 말투 등 전체적으로 불친절했습니다. 알바생인가 싶을정도로 짧은 대답과 응대태도는 양양솔비치에 대한 강한 첫느낌으로 남을듯합니다. 욕실 타올에서 심한 냄새가 났습니다. 세탁이 잘 되지 않았거나 너무 오래된 것 같다는 생각이 듭니다. 에어컨 작동소리가 매우커서 깜짝깜짝놀랬습니다."

"바닷가와 연결되어있고 경치가 끝내줍니다. 연식이 좀 되어서 낡은 느낌은 있었으나 리조트 야경도 멋졌습니다. 여름에 오면 너무 좋겠다는 생각."
"처음 도착했을때 화장실에서 냄새가 났습니다. 년식이 되어서 그런지 가격대비 룸 컨디션이 좀 떨어진다는 느낌. 아쿠아리움이 꽤 작은편이고 사우나시설도 그냥 그랬음. 조식이 대체적으로 괜찮았으나 빵과 케익은 맛이 조금 업그레이드 되었으면 좋겠습니다."
