"דירה מרווחת , בעלים נחמד ושירותי מאוד. מומלץ. שני חדרי שינה , שלוש מיטות זוגיות מקלחת טובה עם מים חמים נעימים ומגבות זמינות. מטבח שימושי ומצויד אזור עישון מחוץ לבית על המדרגות. המיקום נהדר במרחק 20 מטר מרחוב כיפי מאוד , ובמרחק שתי דקות מתחנת מטרו קו 2 . וממנה יש גם רכבת ישירה המגיעה לשדה התעופה icn תוך שעה. מסעדות מצוינות לארוחת בוקר ממש קרובות וזולות. וכל אזור Hongdea הוא חוויה ממש!!"
"הרצפה באזור חדר המגורים קצת לא ישרה . יש לינולאום שבוצע באופן קצת חובבני ומכסה חורים ברצפה. זה לא משמעותי בכלל אבל ניתן היה לשפר את זה . ( להזריק לשם בטון דרך חור קטן בכיסוי)"
