"El mejor hotel de Siam rep sin duda. Nunca he visto una atención personal igual a la recibida. La dueña nos ayudó en todo,nos regaló una rosa y cerveza por navidad,siempre pendiente de lo que necesitamos. Parecía un hotel de 5 estrellas en cuanto a la atención recibida. La habitación perfecta,nueva y limpia. Sin duda la mejor relación calidad precio que puedes encontrar."

"El alojamiento es nuevo y esta decorado con mucho gusto. Las habitaciones son amplias y el baño cuenta con ducha y bañera. Las camas eran muy cómodas. El checkout era a las 12h, pero teníamos un bus nocturno a las 23h, por lo que les pedimos si podíamos dejar allí nuestras mochilas y hacer uso de las zonas comunes, como la piscina, el restaurante, las hamacas, y la ducha al aire libre, y no nos pusieron ninguna pega, de hecho llegamos al hotel sobre la 13h después de habernos levantado a las 4h para ir a ver el amanecer en Angkor Wat, y estuvimos hasta casi las 20h allí, durmiendo y descansando en las hamacas y pudiendo darnos una ducha antes de irnos."

"Cuando hicimos la reserva, en las condiciones de la habitación ponía que tenia vistas, y nos dieron una habitación en la que al salir al balcón te topabas con un edificio, a medio construir, a pocos centímetros. Se lo comunicamos a la chica de recepción, la cuál no muy amablemente, nos dijo literalmente que si queríamos vistas teníamos que haber pagado más, y aun diciéndole que en la reserva ponía que era una habitación con vistas nos decía que no… el otro chico, y el dueño del hotel muy bien, eso sí."

"Although a little way out of town it’s only a 10 min tuk tuk ride (6000 riel) and it was peaceful. I can’t imagine how you would sleep in a city centre location! Lovely room Lovely staff Quiet pool area, gorgeous sun trap Great laundry service"

"I stayed at the Palmery for 6 nights as a solo female traveler. The hotel is clean, comfortable and safe. The staff was absolutely the best. Everyone was so kind but the owner Mey really went over and beyond to help me out. I left a sentimental necklace in my room. She arranged to send it to my next destination where her friend had a hotel. I have never experienced customer service on this level and when I tried to offer to pay her for the shipping, she refused. I still cannot wrap my head around this kind of generosity and caring."

"Everything, from the cozy room to the warm welcome of the staff. They cuddled us and helped us in everything (from renting scooter to the airport transfer)"

"We couldn’t recommend this place enough! The rooms were just as in the pictures, very big, comfortable and clean. But the best part was indeed the staff of the hotel, specially the owner. She was extremely kind, helped us with everything, laundry, renting a motorbike, etc.. She allowed us to use the installations after our check out, even gave us access to a room to get change before departing, offered us coffee and explained useful info about transportation. Loved staying in The Palmery and would 100% would come back. Location is not in the city center but very close, which gives a plus of tranquility and it is worth it."

"Further out, but a short tuk tuk away from anything, and closer to Angkor Park, and more peaceful. Lovely comfortable and modern property. However the staff set it apart, from helping set up tours and transfers well in advance, to contacting before arrival, even to the extent of checking we had found the airport transfer, the care and assistance was excellent."
