"Las habitaciones son amplias y bien iluminadas, además de muy limpias. Equipadas con nevera. El baño también está muy bien. Buena localización, a 20 minutos caminando para llegar al centro. Sobre todo agradecer la amabilidad constante del personal, estamos muy agradecidas con nuestra estancia en este hostal."

"Great staff!! Super friendly and kind! Loved my stay here. + Amazing beds + Good shower + Aircon + Quiet, on the top floor. No outside noise + Late check in for flights + Safe locked gate at night + Very clean + Spacious + Perfect facilities, wardrobe, desk, fridge and kettle. Tissues and free water too. They provide towels, soup, toothbrushes, combs!! Could use a fan in the room to help with mosquitoes. + Baggage storage and affordable laundry. + Walking distance to banks and money exhange."

"- Could use airfreshers in the bathroom, the smell of the drains became quite intense after day 3 here. - No elevator. Not accessible for wheelchair users or limited mobility. A lot of stairs to reach top floor. - Could use fabric at the bottom of the chairs as they are heavy and can be heard through walls when dragged across the floor. These are all minor improvements. Everything was really great!"

"I chose originally as it is close for Techo airport bus which costs 50 pence. There is also a small minivan bus centre 1mn on same street, which has very good restaurant for breakfast and espresso. it was a quiet hotel as I was worried about noise. I have returned for second stay as I returned from a cycle ride to Vietnam. Of course it is good!Just checked my review and read some other reviews. Honestly, people complaining about three flights of stairs or no WiFi for a short period need their brains examined as the entitled new breed who cannot appreciate good value . I had a cold shower and a fan, but no complaints from me.By the way, I’m 74 years old and had a third floor room."

"Not really a complaint but google translate to Khmer was useless and the staff speak very little English. This caused a few issues but I can’t speak Khmer so this is not a complaint, just an observation."
