"الشقة لسيدة روسية متعاونة جدا وتحاول المساعدة بقدر ماتستطيع ولاكن عبر المترجم لأن حاجز اللغة يصعب من طرق التواصل. الشقة غرفة ماستر وغرفة أخرى بسرير من طابقين يوجد حمام واحد ولايوجد به شطاف ويوجد مطبخ صغير يحتوى علي موقد كهربائي وثلاجة كبيرة وغلاية مياة ويوجد فلتر للمياة الشقة مزودة بتلفزيون ذكي، وواى فاى المبني مكون من 12 طابق خلف مبني القنصلية للمملكة العربية السعودية. الشقة في الدور 11 قبل الوصول سيتواصلون معكم عن طريق الواتس اب للجوال المسجل بالحجز لترسلوا لهم موعود قدومكم وصورة الوجه للنزلاء. لأن السياج الخارجي يفتح ببصمة الوجه بعدة يمكنكم التوجة للمصعد. بأختصار الشقة تنفع لعائلة صغيرة مكونة من 3 الي 5 أفراد. أجراءات الأمن عالية جدا في هذا المكن والشقة أمنة تماما يوجد مقابل المبني سوبرماركت وصيدلية وعدد 2 مقهي والشوارع المحيطة يتوفر بها صرافين وحلاقين ومحلات خضار وخلافه."

"El personal fue muy amable. Aunque llegamos un poco tarde, nos esperaron, y además, como fueron unos días fríos, nos ofrecieron un apartamento mejor y más caliente. Se puede pedir cenar allí si lo avisas con antelación y la cena incluye un entrante, un plato caliente. postre y bebida por 600 soms (unos 6€), o te puedes preparar tu mismo la comida en el salón-comedor que tienen común. Muy cerca del comienzo de la ruta del lago Kol-Tor, así que perfecto si quieres hacer esta ruta de senderismo. De hecho, nosotros fuimos los primeros en llegar arriba ese día."
