La Masseria Susafa es una antigua casa de campo de piedra del siglo XVIII ubicada en la campiña de Sicilia. Cuenta con piscina cubierta al aire libre y un salón amigable con chimenea. Por la mañana se sirve un fórmula de desayuno buffet variado con pasteles, galletas y tartas caseras. El hostal igualmente produce su propio maíz, aceite de oliva y mermeladas. El gastronomía Il Granaio ofrece cocina italiana y siciliana. Las comidas se sirven en un comedor característico, con techos altos abovedados y paredes de piedra. La Susafa Masseria tiene una sala de cine compartida y WiFi gratuita en las zonas comunes. Todas las unidades de alojamiento se encuentran en la planta baja, tienen entrada privada y dan al jardín del establecimiento, dotado de sillas y tumbonas. La casa de campo está a 22 km de la localidad de Polizzi Generosa y a 45 minutos en coche de Cefalù y el parque nacional de Madonie.

"Beautiful hotel and hotel area with countryside setting - a very relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Nice and helpful staff. Food & drinks were mostly very good (although a bit overpriced in my opinion). We did the wine tasting and "aperitif in the fields" - can highly recommend these activities. Water was included at no extra cost which was much appreciated. There is the opportunity to try several different wines in a machine free of charge (you get a card to put in) - fun and good idea."
"I went for a massage - the massage itself was good, however the woman who gave me the massage was grumpy and not very nice. She barely respond to my calls and seemed very bored. I left some clothes to be ironed, but had to pay the same price as for both washing and ironing (no big deal but a little sneaky). The dining room where breakfast and dinner are served is very hot. I understand that it is difficult to cool such a large and old building during the summer, but it was not very pleasant to eat in that heat, especially during dinner when I think the temperature was around 25 degrees. Summary - the hotel is in a very beautiful location and the level of service is high. However, I think it is a bit overpriced for what you get."
