"The residence is kept in very good state. Staff are nice and very helpful It is good for families. Shops, restaurants and church super close, few steps away."
"It is not a good idea to organise the grass cutting first thing in the morning. Sometime, you find children screaming not stop and for ages in and around swimming pool. The water of the "romantica" beach has toom many dead water plant and it is not crystal clear"

"Nos gustó todo. La habitación con baño privado era espectacular. La cama era comodísima. La ducha tenía buena presión. El lugar es hermoso. Estacionamiento ahí mismo y muchos árboles y plantas. Pero lo mejor de todo es el dueño y su familia, que nos recibieron muy cálidamente y nos mostraron lo que es la hospitalidad calabresa en todas sus formas. Comimos todas las noches en su restaurante (que es buenísimo). Todo muy rico y fresco. Realmente un lugar que recomendaríamos y al que volveríamos nuevamente."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
