They provide a fully fitted kitchen and flat-screen TV. Punta Falcone Resort features a free swimming pool with sun terrace. Drinks and cocktails are served at the bar. Activities to be enjoyed in the surroundings include horse riding, diving and sailing. Starting from 2023 the Punta Falcone Resort will consist of two hotels within the Resort. The Punta Falcone Resort, the main structure, and now also the Arborea Charming Retreat, a new Luxury level structure, which is made up of 8 Prestige category Suite Apartments, all equipped with a private mini hydromassage pool in the garden. The Arborea Charming Retreat has a private swimming pool and a Guest House which provides bar service, snack bar, relaxation room and outdoor patio area, both reserved exclusively for guests of the Prestige Suites of the Arborea Charming Retreat.

"Los apartamentos eran preciosos, con habitaciones amplias, decorados con muy buen gusto, y todos con vistas al mar, en un entorno natural excepcional. Las camas eran muy cómodas. El desayuno era dulce (no había embutido), pero copioso y servido en la mesa. La fruta del desayuno estaba en su punto. El resort era muy acogedor, estaba muy limpio y los jardines bien cuidados. La piscina era muy agradable y la aprovechamos mucho después de la playa. Pero lo que yo más destacaría sería la amabilidad del personal. Esto sí que superó mis expectativas."

"Great place, very nice location removed from the main touristy spots but with very strong accessibility to a lot of things to do in a few minutes by car. The resort is lovely, not too big and not too small, great swimming pool, a lovely breakfast and really charming staff. This was a perfect choice for a first place to stay in Sardinia for our family."
"The only little thing feels like the amount of disposable plates, cutlery and everything at breakfast and during the lovely aperitif organised by the team. It did feel like very wasteful and I would have preferred more attention to limiting the amount of waste created."

"Nos gustó todo. La habitación con baño privado era espectacular. La cama era comodísima. La ducha tenía buena presión. El lugar es hermoso. Estacionamiento ahí mismo y muchos árboles y plantas. Pero lo mejor de todo es el dueño y su familia, que nos recibieron muy cálidamente y nos mostraron lo que es la hospitalidad calabresa en todas sus formas. Comimos todas las noches en su restaurante (que es buenísimo). Todo muy rico y fresco. Realmente un lugar que recomendaríamos y al que volveríamos nuevamente."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente.
