"We are staying at this hotel last few years and it is always great to stay when in Trieste. The receptionists are very kind and helpfull. Breakfast is also very good and with excellent coffee. Beds are comfortable and bath is nice. Parking is not far away from the hotel. Location is the best in city"

"We liked everything, the location was superb. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Good coffee. We stayed for 2 nights, had to leave early before breakfast, and they pack breakfast box. They organised taxi to train station, super fast. Will definitely be back. We loved Trieste."
"Everything was exceptional, no complaints."

"We were moved to their other hotel as the room was quite small and dark They were very accommodating and helpful Couldn't have asked for better service and hospitality"
"Previous room dark and small"
"Breakfast, room, and location were great. Staff were fantastic!"
"I did not like using the stairs as there was no hand rails and could be slippery. I would use them very carefully. I prefer to use the stairs and not the elevators. It was my choice."

Natalia Negritella Sweet Hotel
"Excellent staff, very good breakfast, the small indoor playroom for kids was a great surprise, as well the pleasant, heated indoor pool - due to off season, it was only for us."

"Basically everything - the location, the accomodation, the sauna, the host Denis and his communication. I've received all the info needed to get to the accommodation via whatsapp and whenever I needed something during my stay, he responded within 10 minutes."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
