"In the middle.of nowwhere there was a little pearl! The accomodation is well equipped and clean. Good style. Ideal for 2 people, for a family a little bit small. The owner was very professional and kind with us, the communication perfect."

"A small, but very well equipped and pretty modern cottage. Especially Nespresso coffee machine and the dishwasher made our stay very convenient. The bed was comfortable."

If you are a group of 4 people, like the family of ours, you should be aware that the size of the cottage is comparable to a bigger hotel room and there is no separate bedroom. This is perfectly doable and we were aware of it, but do not expect much privacy."

"Perfect location as we wanted to visit the Secret Lagoon. So private and quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable, warm. Really nice little kitchen. I especially appreciated the detailed check in information with GPS coordinates and how to contact the owner if necessary."

"We weren't aware of the typical Icelandic locking door handle and couldn't figure out how to lock the door properly. It obviously wasn't a big deal for us, but other guests might also have this issue. You might want to mention it in your check in email for foreigners."

"J avais réservé cet établissement en septembre 2024 à un tarif et la réservation a été annulée en mai car cet appartement à été vendu par le propriétaire qui m'a immédiatement proposé de le relouer au nouveau propriétaire et le tarif a en 1 jour augmenté de plus de 60 euros! J'ai du pu accepter vu le peu de choix disponibles en Islande en mai! Et ou les touristes sont de plus en plus pris pour des vaches à lait"
