"Ubicación conveniente para las excursiones a Schynige Platte y un poco más tranquila que Interlaken. El aparcamiento (de pago) es muy práctico y te proporcionan una tarjeta de transporte para ir a Interlaken. El edificio es antiguo pero tiene su encanto."

La habitación tenía dos camas separadas en lugar de una cama doble. No había ascensor, a tener en cuenta si se viaja con maletas. No tuvimos conexión a Internet durante toda la estancia. Había un hervidor de agua pero no ofrecían bolsitas de té ni café. Hubiera sido un detalle. Nos pareció caro, pero es que esa zona era increíblemente cara, incluso para ser Suiza...

La limpieza a su vez, puede mejorar en el baño. De momento caia un chorro de agua del lado de la ventana del baño, como cuando alguien riega las matas y a veces me despertaba ese ruido.

"The hotel was stunning! Set in the jungle and in beautiful wooden cabins, it feels like low-key luxury. The restaurant was lovely, it’s quite popular on the island but the staff make sure hotel guests get good tables and are catered for. It’s very very quiet, so if you are looking for relaxation it’s perfect. The grounds are beautifully curated, it feels like you are staying in a botanical garden. The general manager was a gem, he sorted out a small issue with our room very quickly and was so hospitable for the rest of our stay, he couldn’t do enough to help. Can’t wait to go back one day!"

Some people would take issue not having AC, but it’s definitely cool enough and there is no reason to have them.

"It's located in a beautiful village with easy access by car and free parking around (if it's full, then park next to the church in front of the museum December 44). Besides , I was warmly welcomed by the owner himself and surprisingly, he was able to speak some Spanish, which was great. He showed me how to get to my apartment and explained everything about the dinner reservations at the hotel's restaurant and the next morning's breakfast times and place. Breakfast was really good and varied, you are free to pick up whatever you like (coffee, tea, juices, muesli, cereals, croissants, pain au chocolat, cheese, etc). The hotel is next to the freeway, so avoid rooms close to front due to constant traffic noise.

it was not really easy to find because there were no signs or something like this, but all the business next to her were nice and immediately recognized that we were searching the hotel and they helped us.

"La ubicación es excelente, un lugar seguro y cercano a shoping, supermercado, casa de cambio, restaurante, etc. Por otra parte, el personal del hotel es muy amable, la habitación es amplia y cómoda, cuenta con lo necesario para cocinar y tomar té. El desayuno bien variado, frutas, maquina para cafe, yoguth, cereal, bollería, jamón, queso, huevos. Fui con un grupo de amigas a jugar balonmano y nos arreglamos muy bien acá, nos sentimos a gusto, incluso pudimos lavar ropa y equipos de juego al contar con lavanderia, sinceramente muy recomendable, volvería a alojar en una próxima visita. El dueño del lugar siempre está muy atento a todo, agradecimientos y saludos especiales a Claude."

"The service and food were fine. Room was spacious and clean. Beautiful and peaceful location. The kitchen catered for our specific preferences as my husband and son do not eat meat and chicken and my daughter doesn't eat octopus."

No shampoo available and i wasnt aware of same before booking else would have brought mine. Towels stayed wet and had to use same both for shower and pool. Amenities should be provided to allow for wet clothes and towels to dry, like a drying line in the bathroom.

"La habitación está muy bien equipada; cama muy cómoda y amplia, buena calefacción para el invierno, una pequeña terraza… El hotel muy bien situado, en una zona más alta y con mejores vistas. Metin, el dueño del hotel, ha estado pendiente en todo momento y me ha ayudado en todas las actividades que querido realizar (green tour, red tour, globos…). Es un gran anfitrión!! La experiencia ha sido fantástica!!"

Cuando estuve en la piscina varias personas que se encontraban alrededor estaban fumando.
