"Lo mejor de este alojamiento son sus anfitriones; un matrimonio alemán encantador que se esfuerza para que te sientas como en casa. Cuidan cada detalle y eso es de valorar; agua mineral gratuita, adaptadores de enchufes en la habitación, limpieza de habitación y cuarto de baño cada día, fruta y café gratuitos en recepción, ... Los desayunos son muy ricos y variados en la terraza superior del edificio, que es pequñita pero muy agradable. El alojamiento es tranquilo, está muy limpio y en general tiene su propia personalidad estando cada habitación dedicada a un músico. La ubicación del alojamiento es muy buena, siendo la zona de aparcamiento libre alrededor del hotel, y quedando muy cerca de la parada del ferry a La Valeta. Nos gustó mucho esta ubicación para poder desplazarnos cada día desde aquí a las distintas partes de Malta."

El cuarto de baño es de uso privado pero está fuera de la habitación, algo que, aunque no es un problema, no resulta muy cómodo. Normalmente no hay problema para aparcar cerca del hotel, ya que todas las calles más cercanas son de zona blanca y puedes aparcar tu coche de alquiler libremente, pero a las horas puntas de la tarde (18-21h) encontrar aparcamiento puede costar un poco.

"The property has a natural look/ design - which I loved - simple but with everything you need. The bed was especially comfortable. And we were right on the beach so slept to the sound of the sea and woke up to drink our morning coffee looking out to the sea. Really comfy beach beds and great service for food and drinks. The staff so friendly and welcoming - a great atmosphere- peaceful, spacious, tranquil. You can walk along the beach to other bars or restaurants with a much more hectic vibe- it always felt like a blessing to return to Happy Corner. We felt very lucky to have found such a place- a slice of paradise!"

"La ubicación es excelente, un lugar seguro y cercano a shoping, supermercado, casa de cambio, restaurante, etc. Por otra parte, el personal del hotel es muy amable, la habitación es amplia y cómoda, cuenta con lo necesario para cocinar y tomar té. El desayuno bien variado, frutas, maquina para cafe, yoguth, cereal, bollería, jamón, queso, huevos. Fui con un grupo de amigas a jugar balonmano y nos arreglamos muy bien acá, nos sentimos a gusto, incluso pudimos lavar ropa y equipos de juego al contar con lavanderia, sinceramente muy recomendable, volvería a alojar en una próxima visita. El dueño del lugar siempre está muy atento a todo, agradecimientos y saludos especiales a Claude."

"Nuestra habitación era amplia y estaba todo limpio. El desayuno completo. Los exteriores muy bonitos. Muy agradable para sentarte a la vuelta de tu día por ahí. Está a unos 7 minutos de la estación del Mocanita"

Sería ideal que contará con un frigorífico de estos pequeños en la habitación. El desayuno empieza a las 8 y en el Mocanita (que imagino que gran parte de los turistas dormimos allí por eso) te citan a las 8.30. Desayunas con un poco de estrés. No estaría de más que conociendo este detalle empezarán al menos 15 minutos antes. La cafetera del desayuno es lentísima. Formaba colas. Uno de los colchones necesitaba un cambio con urgencia. Estaba hundido.

"Well, totally different experience from Riga! This place is AWESOME as the staff. The lady who hosted us did a great and PERFECT job. We place is very well located, alogside the road, close to supermarkets and the castle ruins. The city centre can be acessed by a footpath uphill from the hotel on a pleasant walk. Bedrooms alright, very clean and organized with no problems at all. We liked so much, that we spent more time that we intended on the next city in a Wine Festival in Sabile that we decided to go back and stay one more night and with only 10 Euros more, they gave us an apartment with living room and kitchen. I wuosl easily go back and refer here. One of the best places on the trip! The city is not big and have not that much to visit but satying here, made everything much better and pleasant! And parking is right besides the hotel as well with plenty space and easy to use and access!"

"La amabilidad y el trato cercado de Justin y compañia. El sitio es muy bonito y esta bien cuidado. El jardín, la terraza, las luces acogedora, las amacas colgantes... tiene mucho encanto. Nos trataron como si fuéramos familia. Queríamos visitar Ouidah y sus tradiciones y nos organizaron todo para que fuese perfecto. Aunque la idea era quedarnos un dia finalmente pasamos dos noches. Recomendable 100%. Mil gracias 🤗"

"La relación calidad-precio de las tiendas está genial. Además las personas que lo llevan son muy amables y te hacen sentir muy cómoda. La playa en la que se ubica es tranquila y a partir de este alojamiento está limpia y cuidada."

"All was lovely, the food was particularly good and a pleasant surprise after some of the restaurants we had eaten at on our trip. The cottage was great, the linen very good, the swimming pool a great asset."

We would have liked to have been given sandwiches with the tea at 4pm. Slight disappointment!

"It was very uncomplicated to get the keys. Plenty of parking nearby. The bathroom was spacious, the location was clean. The building has old roots and the main building was a makeshift hospital during the Battle of Waterloo, which added to the charm."

"Great value for money. If you intend to stay at the university, this hotel has everything one needs and is in close walking distance. Also, the rooms are tidy, and the staff is very friendly."

The reception was almost never occupied, and the person on the indicated phone number did not speak English. So checking in and paying was a bit tricky. Internet is a bit slow for working, but OK. Also, mind that you may need to bring your own shampoo, soap, and hair dryer.

"This is a small hotel in a superb location with colourful gardens and excellent views. The friendly and hard working staff were extremely helpful, and the owner Primus met us at the airport and drove us to the hotel, for a pre-arranged fee. This made our arrival so much easier and stress free. He also arranged car rental for us which was excellent value. There's a nice lounging area overlooking the bay, good for watching sunsets, and a refreshing pool. Home cooked food available lunch and dinner, as well as breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed a most memorable and relaxing stay."
