"Second time the checkin process was very sad . the reception staff were not at all professional for the second time . while check in . my booking number was not showing and he said said that they are preparing the booking and he got busy . I went back after 10 min min ,he said the work is on and wait for 5 min. post that I requested him to a lot the room as it was already early evening . but we had to wait and after third approach we got the room . the worst part in this was I had go back again and again to the reception . the staff should have called us and a lot it asap. but it was expected as last time my experience was more than horrible ."
