Jaypee Palace Hotel

"Room, big balcony, staff very nice and food was excellent"

"We had a problem at extending our time to stay by 1 night. Took few calls to booking.com yet hotel really took their time to resolve it. So I recommend patience as it is badly needed"

"1. Helpful and courteous staff 2. Great for overall family stay. There is something for everyone, every age at the hotel. 3. Comfortable rooms."

"1. There was some kind of stench coming in some rooms. However the staff was courteous enough to help us out with a change of rooms. 2. Itc next door feels more plush at lesser cost. We however opted this because of the game zone here"

"Food was good. Buffet was really excellent. Staff was very polite, courteous and helpful. Check in and check out was smooth. Concierge was very helpful. I could charge.y EV very comfortably. Chargers were working."

"Gym temperature was warm. Need to sort that out."

"Very nice and well maintained space. Amazing garden with a very nice swimming pool."

"Reception was not always very friendly and focus on their clients."

"I just wanted to share how much my kids enjoyed their stay at Jaypee. They were so thrilled with the experience that they didn't even step out of the hotel for two whole days! The facilities and activities kept them entertained and happy throughout our stay. Thank you for providing such a wonderful environment for families. We look forward to our next visit!"

"I hope we get some discount on our next trip :P"
