"lovely place, a very large house with everything you may need. Really nice experience. The lanlord is lovely and available for each question and needings. Of course you need the car to move around, but it is in a strategic position to explore both north and south if you wish"

"Great Location about 20 min drive from Castlebar town. I have family in the area. House has everything you need for a week stay. You can cook a full dinner if you wish. Microwave, oven, dishwasher etc etc Oil heating and Stove lots of towels available. Lots of plates, pots etc The hosts have thought of everything"

"This is a beautiful house one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in. Walked in to find the stove set and ready to be lit. The beds are so comfortable and rooms very spacious. Declan and Laura created a book full of attractions and activities with phone numbers for everything. Everything was very clearly laid out and we could easily find everything. Fresh towels. Opened the cupboards to find tea and coffee. Only a swift stroll to the Abbey. Close to both Castlebar and Westport which was very convenient."

"The host was very welcoming. His wife had left a plate of delicious homemade scones for us. The stove was filled with logs to light a fire and the house was spotless throughout. Would stay again if in the area & highly recommend."

"Everything about the property was perfect. Very clean cottage with three good sized bedrooms, cosy dining room, lovely kitchen and living room. The hosts were very nice people who welcomed us warmly and had delicious homemade soda bread waiting on the table for us and jellies for the kids. They were available for any questions throughout our stay and were genuinely lovely people. The location was ideal, it's quiet but also an ideal location as not too far from Westport, Castlebar etc. Would highly recommend anyone looking to stay here, so nice. We had a fantastic stay, thanks so much Declan and Laura"
