"Reception inesistente, il personale che ci è venuto ad aprire non è stato garbato e non ci ha dato nessuna informazione sulla colazione, tant’è che non l’abbiamo potuta fare (successivamente abbiamo scoperto che iniziava alle 8.30 senza sapere nemmeno dove). Non è un albergo da 4 stelle. La signora con cui abbiamo comunicato tramite messaggi, invece, è stata molto cordiale e disponibile, peccato che non si è mai vista."
