"La amabilidad de la chica recepcionista fue excelente. Nos recomendó un sitio local donde cenar que estaba rico y económico. Además también nos dijo donde podíamos coger la mashrutka hacia Mestia. Por otro lado, la ducha mejor que en cualquier casa."

Por poner un pero, la ubicación. De resto bien.

The location is a bit isolated. Would be nice if there was as strip mall or something in the area to go buy stuff.

Poco ruidoso a la mañana con los carros de limpieza y mucho golpe de puertas, entiendo por el sistema que tienen. El restaurante a la noche cierra muy temprano. Nada de esto obstaculiza a pasar una corta buena estancia.

Creo que se deberia hacer un mantenimiento o cambio a las griferias por unas de palanca que garanticen un cierre hermético y mejor manejo, lo mismo para las pomas de las puertas. tambien actualizar algunos utencilios de cocina que ya están muy desgastados como destapadores y cucharones. Hay un detalle en el apartamento asignado con respecto a una ventana existente entre el baño y una de las habitaciones, tuve que conseguir un cartón para sellarla pues a través, de ella pasan los ruidos olores y la luz a la habitación lo que interrumpe el descanso. seria muy bueno que la sellaran.

"Отель новый, все как на фото и в описании, туалетные принадлежности есть (мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, зубная щетка) , имеются халаты и тапочки, чайник и чашки."

Жили на третьем этаже, лестницы очень крутые, взрослым людям будет тяжело подниматься. Завтрак был включен, ожидание было, конечно, другое, но увы, сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Утром пошли на завтрак, девушка, встретившая нас с ходу сказала, что кроме яичницы ничего нет. В итоге принесли яичницу с колбасой, на вопрос из какого мяса, ответила грубо, что не знает. На 4 человека дали один чайник чая, попросили дополнительно еще чайник, но это уже было платным. В номере не помешало бы поставить большое зеркало и светильники. Думаю, такие мелочи дали бы уют в номерах.

"The staff was courteous and helpful. Location is good, at the sea side. Very well presentation of food dishes and good breakfast. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable."

Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.

Very isolated, surrounded by an abandoned resort. Menu very limited and expensive although the chef was very obliging and did cook of menu dishes for those who asked. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and we had to remind someone to do it, we had to move rooms as the toilet facilities broke on our first room but this was handled quickly. For the cost of the room I would have expected a little more e.g. bottled water free in the room, tissues to be available in the room, better quality toilet paper.

El desayuno es muy tarde. Entiendo que debería ser más temprano. Ya que a las 9 es muy tarde y no hay nada cerca para desayunar.

"La amabilidad de toda la familia que lo regenta. Te hacen sentir como en casa y te ofrecen todas las facilidades para cualquier eventualidad. Es un todo en uno, hotel cafetería restaurante tienda ,así que no necesitas nada más para pasar la noche."

Taxi costs are high in Cayman so best to rent a car if in this location.

"The rooms were large and clean, the location was very convenient. There was a gas station nearby, so you could buy things at any time. The restaurant downstairs had very tasty meals. Don't forget to try the pizzas! The staff was helpful and friendly. Even though it was close to the highway, you couldn't hear any car noises."

When we had to leave early for our safari, there was no staff available on site to unlock the gate and we had to do a real life jailbreak from the hotel! Also the water is reliant on solar so you may have to have a cold shower on a cloudy/rainy day.

"The pool was necessary but a little dirty. The ac is effective and the hot water is too. You cant ask to much of hospitality businesses in this part of west africa but this place exceeded them. This place is great for overlanders"

Its definitely more of a "hang out" hotel for locals to come swim or watch football. It will probably be a little rowdy on some weekends. The staff seemed a little confused how to handle overnight guests.
