Wiffi muy lento o nulo en la habitación. Sólo lobby buena señal

"Dormir en una cueva es una experiencia increíble! El personal fue muy amable, todo estaba muy limpio y la zona es céntrica para visitar el pueblo. Como no había turismo, me dieron a elegir entre varías habitaciones. Sin duda lo recomiendo!"

Los baños necesitan renovación.

que pase calor en la habitación, no habian prendido el aire porque decia que iba a bajar la temperatura, pero la habitacion tenia una ventana hacia un pulmon donde no ingresaba aire, por lo tanto, no pudimos descansar muy bien por el calor.

"The pool was necessary but a little dirty. The ac is effective and the hot water is too. You cant ask to much of hospitality businesses in this part of west africa but this place exceeded them. This place is great for overlanders"

Its definitely more of a "hang out" hotel for locals to come swim or watch football. It will probably be a little rowdy on some weekends. The staff seemed a little confused how to handle overnight guests.

"Het meest beviel ons de rust en hygiëne. We aten ontbijt en diner in het hotel. Vantevoren konden we aangeven hoe laat we het wilden hebben en wat we wilden eten. De kok luisterde goed naar onze wensen. Verder is het personeel zeer behulpzaam en helpt wanneer nodig."

Eigenlijk viel niets echt tegen. Omdat het een nieuwe lokatie is, merk je dat de medewerkers nog wat onwennig zijn en moet je pro-actief zijn. Zo hadden we handdoeken en een kopje voor 1 persoon op de kamer terwijl we met zijn tweeën waren. Als je erom vraagt zorgen ze snel dat het wordt opgelost. Als je TV wil kijken, houd er rekening mee dat je alleen YouTube video's kunt bekijken 😀 De lokatie is gelegen op een zeer stil punt in Zomba en heeft geen buitenterras, dat zou nog wel fijn zijn. En, zoals je wel vaker tegenkomt in Malawi, het weggetje ernaartoe is een zandpad met stenen en kuilen, dus houd daar rekening mee.

"Very clean, spacious rooms with huge bathroom. Massive shoutout to Raj (host) after my Google Maps download had failed (I didn't check), I then discovered Telstra has no coverage on Cook Islands (so no mobile data) and the hire car had some Asian countries maps, I was lost - after 10pm Raj came to rescue me from a servo and was a great host throughout. I had work meetings early each morning so didn't try the breakfast, but all looked good. The pool is amazing! Location was fine for me (close to everything) but as people can see, this one isn't on the beach."

El andamio que tienen instalado afuera del hotel, daba justamente contra nuestra habitación, y con el fuerte viento de los dos últimos días, se sentía mucho ruido especialmente durante toda la última noche de nuestra estadía.

"Relación calidad-precio y las atenciones del personal"

No tiene ascensor y habitaciones demasiado pequeñas

"Las vistas y la ubicación genial. La habitación muy cómoda y el desayuno estaba bien."

El spa resultó ser una piscina con niños gritando y saltando y una sauna. Pero fue divertido de todas maneras.

"I's a nice, relaxing place in a beautiful natural setting. A bit above Nioumachoua and with a very nice view over the hills and coast from the room balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they can inform you about possible activities as well. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean, there was an (intact) mosquito net and air con. The breakfast was included and you can order dinner as well, which was delicious."

The door handles tend to fall out and should be repaired. Some ants in the room. Some waiting time for breakfast.

"Las cabañas del alojamiento son muy buenas. Cuentan con su sistema de mosquiteros, un diseño rudimentario pero muy bonito, el baño sencillo pero completo y ventilador de techo y piso para el calor. Saliendo del alojamiento tienes la playa de West End para disfrutar. Les recomiendo Calelu's para comer bien a precios razonables y alquilar equipo completo de snorkeling en Roatan Marine Park por 5 dólares todo el día, con lo cual pueden explorar las zonas de West End y West Bay. Muy buena estancia."

Todo funciono muy bien. Aunque un servicio separado, no recomendaría el servicio de snorkeling o buceo que ofrecen, ya que el personal es tosco y poco amable. Estas personas no son las mismas del servicio del hotel quienes si fueron cordiales todo el tiempo.

"El hotel tiene una ubicación maravillosa, el desayuno continental muy bueno por 10€ por pax y el servicio del staff genial, el estacionamiento no es gratuito y es en un estacionamiento cerca pero vale la pena. Definitivamente recomiendo este hotel."

No hay presión de agua, imposible bañarse ni pensar lavarse el cabello la regadera parecía como una suave lluvia casi pulverizada, deben corregir eso ya que es imposible ducharse.

"El hotel está un poco alejado del centro, sobre todo por la subida muy empinada. Salvo esto, el resto es perfecto. El matrimonio que atiende es extremadamente amable. El hotel tiene unas vistas increibles, es todo muy amplio, con muchos espacios comunes donde pasar el rato."

"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

"Very friendly and helpful hosts, as well as all the staff members. Big and nice bedroom with a little balcony. This one doesn't offer the best view, but the terrace even more - an absolutely stunning view. The breakfast is good as well as the dinner. You can walk upon a little rock and enjoy sunrise or sundown with a cool drink and a breathtaking view. The lodge is a nice option for the beginning or the end of a Namibia trip because it's located not far away from the airport and only little more than one hour drive from the city of Windhoek."

La habitación me la dieron en el tercer piso sin ascensor. Las escaleras no tienen la iluminación adecuada. El desayuno es muy pobre respecto de otros hoteles. Muchas lámparas para un sólo enchufe. La ducha es muy pequeña

Solo como consejo... no dejar que se vean sucias las paredes del cuarto y baño.

Hay mucho ruido proveniente de las habitaciones aledañas, cuando caminan vibra todo. Y Las almohadas son muy altas
