"Great location, welll appointed, clean and comfortable house. Well managed by a great host. Went the extra mile to assist us with organising a grocery shopping on our behalf on arrival day (we had an early evening arri Al with a 6 hour time difference and an early start work training programme the next day). Enjoyed being there. Wifi was excellent for work purposes. Everything worked and made for an easy and comfortable fault free stay. Will come back if I can."

Nothing the owner can do and more a note about the suburb. Its a nice area but lots of dogs. They can be quite noisy at times at night.

"Just an amazing place right by the beach. Owner Luca and manager Wally are two of the most generous hosts I have ever met. Our flight was cancelled so we arrived a day late, but Luca deducted that first night. We will certainly be back"

"The whole team was very friendly and helpful for anything you needed. In particular Darin was such a great support and important in Thailand, she speaks good English. The villas are beautiful, taken care with love and good taste. There is all you need equiped, very useful with even a washing machine. There are great restaurants in a short driving distance. To walk around the lake next to the resort was our daily routine, save and clean."

I would say it is definately beneficial to have either a own car or rent a motorbike. It is possilbe to walk for sure, but the distances to beach, restaurants, 711... were a bid further than expected.

The house was somewhat far from the center (~30m walk), but if you have a car or bike it's not a big deal

"Beautiful property atop a hill, with nice views of the surroundings (including a view of the Queen's Palace). Very clean. Elegant decor. Comfortable beds. Access to private swimming pool (competition-length, which is great for serious swimmers), a pool-house equipped with grill, bar, tables, and games (ping pong and foosball), and a private playground for younger children. We ordered 1 meal that was excellent, served in-house by the hosts. The hosts live in a separate unit on the property and they were available whenever we had questions. One of the hosts used to be a competitive swimmer and she gave the children a swim lesson. A relaxing place if you want to get away from the bustle of downtown Tana."

Somewhat difficult to find if you're driving yourself, but that's no fault of the hosts and the isolation does make the property more peaceful. Besides, property access won't be a problem if you ask the hosts to organize transportation for you (either car or motorcycle). There was a water shortage due to a drought at the time of rental, but again that's no fault of the hosts. We just had to be careful about our water consumption and it all worked out just fine. Treat the hosts with respect and they will definitely return the favor (they surprised us with freshly baked bread on our last day!)

Había una persona en la casa que estaba haciendo pescado al horno, y lo tuvo ahí durante toda la noche y el día siguiente y en la casa olía fatal, se quedó un olor a pescado que no se iba ni aunque abriesemos las ventanas. Entiendo que es una casa compartida, pero en la casa tienen unas normas de cocina que no se estaban cumpliendo.

"This was a great house with all the facilities we needed for a 5 night stay. We were a group of 9 which is probably the maximum this house can take, the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but was fine for our shorter trip. Everything worked really well and the hotel this villa is connected to had great facilities like a sauna and hottib which were free to use. The host was great, the location for this villa is slightly incorrect on this site as it was a bit further out than we expected but the host was helpful in getting us transport everymoring to the ski centers."

"El entorno es precioso, la casita con todas las comodidades, la piscina salada...un puntazo, Pero algo insuperable es la calidad humana de los anfitriones. Son maravillosos, nos recibieron con una cesta de fruta ecológica y multitud de información turística y practica. Se nos pincho una rueda y nos recomendaron un lugar que son el nombre de la familia nos abrió puertas y gentileza. el cariño, la amabilidad, la gentileza ...insuperables. Nos enseñaron la propiedad, es ideal tanto para parejas como para grupos grandes. Impresionantes. casa blasonada con chimenea y todo lo necesario y mas con buen gusto. Hay muchos lugares cercanos de interés."

Lo unico que añadiria a la información de la casa, es que edemas de la ubicación, incluyan las indicaciones necesarias para llegar por el lado correcto pues por el otro lado la carretera no es tan buena y para miedosas como yo demasiadas curvas. Pero por el otro lado es perfecto par entrar y salir de la zona.

"Gyönyönyörű, csendes környezet. Segítőkész , kedves tulajdonos. Ápolt, gondozott kert számunkra egzotikus nôvényekkel, kocsibeálló befuttatva kiwivel, kerítés mellett gránátalma, pálmák alatt kifeszített függőágy és medence melletti fügék...egyszerűen csodålatos😊 Remélem még visszatérek!"

Es un poco alejado. Cuesta conseguir taxi para el retorno. Tener cuidado si hay horarios que cumplir. Mucho viento

"Boendet ligger i Regent som ligger lite högre upp i bergen jämfört med Freetown. Det gör att det är lite svalare och inte så tryckande värme som nere i stan. Det är visserligen en bit att köra om man ska in i centrum, men samtidigt är det inte så mycket bilköer som inne i stan. Värdarna tog hand om oss på ett bra sätt och huset vi hyrde hade rätt bra standard. Hög standard för att vara i Sierra Leone."

Jag har inte något som jag inte tyckte om. Möjligen att du måste ha tillgång till egen transport om du enkelt ska ta dig till och från boendet.

"Location is only a few minutes walk from the centre of town. The property has a small but private garden with sun loungers, etc to use when the sun shines. We had a detached lodge with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, open living, dining and kitchen area downstairs plus downstairs toilet - so the accommodation met our needs nicely. When it got cold the landlord came by and asked if we needed the heating putting on and showed us how to do this, which was thoughtful."

The landlord gave a lot of very exacting instructions on the use of the facilities in the property, which made us a bit nervous about using things incorrectly or potentially breaking anything!

Tiene aparcamiento propio que es muy importante en esa zona de difícil aparcamiento. Dispone de ascensor. The apartment is spacious and located very centrally, it has all the services at street level, but the best thing is the views, which are wonderful. It has its own parking which is very important in that area where parking is difficult. It has an elevator."

El apartamento esta un poco anticuado, pero las vistas maravillosas compensan cualquier defecto. The apartment is a little dated, but the wonderful views make up for any flaws.

Nothing really. However, it would be great if the property had a loundry machine, it gets tricky without one for longer stays with family. Internet connection would be great addition as well.

"Khatira, la anfitriona y su marido fueron muy amables. la estancia estaba limpia y las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. Había aparcamiento, aunque en la entrada de la casa se podía aparcar sin problemas. Estuvimos muy cómodos."

Quizás el haber estado un poco más céntrico, aunque la distancia no era mucha y ya se avisaba en la reserva.

"Everything. The owner and property manager worked with us the best I have ever had. They accommodated our request for more chairs/towels/life vests. They had kayaks, stand up paddle boards and beach cruisers available for us to use. It truely had it all in this remote area! The house had it all within too!"

Crazy amount of mosquitoes but outside the control of the rental.

"La amplitud y limpieza del alojamiento eran extraordinarias. Cada habitación tenía su baño privado. El salón era muy acogedor y el wifi iba genial. Está metido en un resort con restaurantes y tiendas baratas y cerca por lo que acomoda comprar cualquier artículo o comer."

No funcionaba uno de los termos, dos de los radiadores, luz de una de las habitaciones La ubicación es en una parte de Marrakesh complicada pero el resort está muy bien

"From the beginning you could realise that Allison thinks of many details and cares a lot. Getting the keys and entering the house was very easy (contactless). The garden, the furniture, the book with housing rules and travel tipps, the cleanliness -> everything planned very well and with great care. Very late checkout was offered. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would clearly recommend it."

It was not clear to us that the pool was shared between 3 houses, don´t know if we just missed it. But in reality it was no issue, it was always empty, when we wanted to use it. Checkout rules could also be mentioned in the book. Despite that, it was still by far the best stay of our holidays.

El baño social no funcionaba, y es el baño compartido en la planta social. Dado el costo de la propiedad esto no debería pasar. No nos realizaron ninguna atención dado el inconveniente.

Maybe a few plug adapters for lamps/lighting. That's about it.

"The location was excellent, its best suited for families and those who want to spend time in solitude a little away from hustle and bustle of main road. House is well equipped with ameneties. Be prepared with your own stuff and its like living in your own home."

Nothing But a word of caution the road to house comes down from main Abbottabad road for 6 minutes through some steep slopes, tight turns and a beautiful forest. In the Morning its amazing, at night chance of getting panicked. Dont panick! Just make sure your car has good engine, tyres and breaks.
