"Me encantó la casa, bien linda por dentro, bien decorada y con muchos detalles ue enamoran. Perfecta ubicación cerca de todo. Hemos quedado encantados."

Recomiendo actualizar la ubicación en el Google map porque no es correcta. Las puertas de entrada son tan difíciles de abrir y verrary que casi perdemos la paciencia. Y la parrilla queda demasiado alto del fuego, luego no se puede regular y porque no entra en ninguna ranura, es mas grande que los rieles. Eso hay que solucionarlo, mas cuando el deporte nacional en Sudáfrica es el Braai.

Not a didn’t like but consider one restaurant ‘Tet Rouge’ open a short walk away. Hire car a must for getting about.

La limpieza, y falta de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.

"Buena ubicación, doña Catta es una gran anfitriona, nos recogió para acompañarnos a la casa, nos recomendó lugares para cenar excelentes y ha sido muy cálida en todo momento, al igual que su casa, un lugar muy acogedor, con todas las comodidades que necesitas, buena terraza con vista, muy recomendado!"

El único detalle era algunos insumos de Cocina que faltaban : no había pica hielo, exprimidor de limones !! Son detalles mínimos !! De ahí todo bien! No tengo quejas

"Casa muy cómoda para pasar unos días y establecer base para ver la zona noreste y centro de la isla. La cama es cómoda, con mosquiteras. Cocina con lo necesario para poder hacerse desayunos y alguna comida simple. Ropa de cama y toallas. Aire acondicionado y wifi bueno."

El tema de la energía eléctrica condiciona un poco la estancia. Hubo cortes de varias horas durante los 4 días, y aunque teníamos un generador a gasolina, por la noche debe apagarse y no permite el uso de AC/wifi. Esto realmente no depende de la casa, ya que las casas de la zona también lo sufren. Solo ha de tenerse en cuenta según las comodidades que uno busque. Nosotros repetiríamos aquí sin dudar a pesar de este "inconveniente".

"A well equipped house in a very good location to explore Spa and surrounding areas. The hosts were very helpful with suggestions for dog friendly swimming in the area."

The road outside the house can be a little noisy but not too bad at night.

"Joan and Paul were great hosts! Very lovely and provided solutions to some of the issues with facilities. The space is beautiful, it’s quiet and they have two beautiful dogs who we loved spending time with."

Some issues with power on first day then on-going with water & wifi connection - apart from this, it was a good 5 days.

"Boendet ligger i Regent som ligger lite högre upp i bergen jämfört med Freetown. Det gör att det är lite svalare och inte så tryckande värme som nere i stan. Det är visserligen en bit att köra om man ska in i centrum, men samtidigt är det inte så mycket bilköer som inne i stan. Värdarna tog hand om oss på ett bra sätt och huset vi hyrde hade rätt bra standard. Hög standard för att vara i Sierra Leone."

Jag har inte något som jag inte tyckte om. Möjligen att du måste ha tillgång till egen transport om du enkelt ska ta dig till och från boendet.

Had few electricity issues that Ismael and the owner sorted out.

"Fabulous property, stylish, comfortable, warm and well-equipped, next to the beach. Great TV viewing options for when you want to just stay in and relax. Constant sea view and see the waves from your bed. Superb!"

Maybe a few plug adapters for lamps/lighting. That's about it.

"The host Greg answered all of our questions and was always available for help! The bedrooms are fair sized and all with bathrooms which is fantastic. The house has many great amenities."

Communal seating arrangements could be better / cosier, as well as outside space would be amazing with a terrace! Sauna had limited hours that we can't control, but is what is!

"The location is handy to town if you do not have a car it is a quick 5 minute walk to the main centre. It had all the necessities for our stay. We loved the deck and how quiet it was. The rooms were comfortable and having mesh windows reduced the mozzie bites. The images of the property are exactly what we you get when you hire this beautiful place."

Would have been great to have air con in the back room but the heat was manageable.

"Beautiful property atop a hill, with nice views of the surroundings (including a view of the Queen's Palace). Very clean. Elegant decor. Comfortable beds. Access to private swimming pool (competition-length, which is great for serious swimmers), a pool-house equipped with grill, bar, tables, and games (ping pong and foosball), and a private playground for younger children. We ordered 1 meal that was excellent, served in-house by the hosts. The hosts live in a separate unit on the property and they were available whenever we had questions. One of the hosts used to be a competitive swimmer and she gave the children a swim lesson. A relaxing place if you want to get away from the bustle of downtown Tana."

Somewhat difficult to find if you're driving yourself, but that's no fault of the hosts and the isolation does make the property more peaceful. Besides, property access won't be a problem if you ask the hosts to organize transportation for you (either car or motorcycle). There was a water shortage due to a drought at the time of rental, but again that's no fault of the hosts. We just had to be careful about our water consumption and it all worked out just fine. Treat the hosts with respect and they will definitely return the favor (they surprised us with freshly baked bread on our last day!)

"The balcony was the best part - spacious with so many seating options to follow the sun or shade, with a view of perfection. Having the kayaks was great too. A fantastic holiday"

Some notes rather than criticism for owners: It would be better if there had been a different way to get in touch. To activate the Cook Islands SIM we bought in advance we need to be able to get onto the internet. So we couldn’t contact them to get the code & my phone wouldn’t connect to international roaming. If we’d been given the code the day earlier then it would have saved the stress. Also there was no information book, so once we got inside, getting the Wi-Fi code, so we could contact the owner easily, was really difficult (& expensive with international roaming).

"Location in quiet area but still very close to the city center with many shops 24/7 nearby. Nice & comfy bedroom with AC and refrigerator- especially important in August :-). Additional benefit was the balcony, but the view was not spectacular. Breakfasts were very tasty and the view from dining room was very nice (8th floor)."

Just minor disadvantages: no power sockets available for charging in the bedroom, cash payment only. No hooks in the bathroom and towels I think shall be replaced after each 2-3 days.

"Es un Bed and Breakfast a cinco minutos en coche de Kuressaare, pero en un lugar campestre y absolutamente tranquilo. Con estilo rural y un amplio jardín con frutales,, aunque se llame "granja" no tiene actividades de granja. Buen desayuno,, con bastantes productos de elaboración propia. Dispone de lavadora, por 7 euros el lavado. Habitación muy amplia (en nuestro caso era la Habitación 1, no sé cómo son las demás). Propietarios muy amables."

La habitación 1 no dispone de cortinas opacas ni nada que tape la luz, tanto del exterior como del pasillo. Mosquiteras en las ventanas un poco descuidadas, igual que alguna ventana. Colchones duros. Baño muy pequeño (sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el enorme tamaño de la habitación).

"Las instalaciones estaban bien, hubo alguna cosa q necesitaba reparación pero no era algo molesto. Lo que me descolocó un poco fue que teníamos que rellenar un papel en el caso de que algo esté roto o en mal estado. A mi parecer eso es responsabilidad de el anfitrión, debería estar al tanto de que esta roto y que no, pero no hizo falta."

"La casa en sí, es una experiencia preciosa, algo distinto a otros alojamientos.Mucho encanto. Para desayunar a 100 metros Bridgitte ofrece en un lugar muy bonito desayunos muy buenos y el café muy rico."

Toda la casa está muy bien excepto el cuarto de baño que necesita renovación urgente. El plato de ducha estaba roto aunque había puesta una alfombrilla encima, y la grifería en general también necesitaría un cambio.
