Sugiero que se cambie la base de la cama principal.

"The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The bathroom was old but the hot water worked well. There was a fridge. Overall a decent stay."

The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. It feels a bit out of town but only a short drive away.

Muy bien el servivio, las personas que atienden fueron muy cordiales, nos ayudaron en todo, la cocina compartida no es un problema, la picina excelente para pasar un buen rato en familia. "We very spontaneously managed to arrange accommodation in an emergency situation. The landlady was immediately reachable by phone and even came to meet us by car so that we could find the accommodation quickly. She arranged a taxi for us into the city and helped us with the payment, as we no longer had any cash. The landlady was extremely helpful and very accommodating. We also liked the accommodation a lot, especially the view from the balcony."

El tamaño de la habitación adecuado y cómodo para tres personas. Muy buen desayuno, con muchas opciones. Cercano al centro histórico y al castillo, de modo que se puede ir caminando. Importante poder dejar el vehículo en el parking, al aire libre, en el mismo establecimiento. Si bien no cuenta con ascensor, posee un montacargas para las valijas, por eso se pueden subir las escaleras sin cargar con peso."

En la habitación del piso superior, el cielorraso es inclinado (en coincidencia con la cabecera de las camas) y hay que tener cuidado para no golpearse la cabeza.

"Located in a quiet, idyllic location near the town center, it felt like a little retreat every time we returned home. It’s a spacious house which keeps cool due to the tiling and multiple doors you can open. We didn’t need air con in September. We could close the gates so the dogs couldn’t get in, this allowed the kids to play outside. The three year old was so excited to have swings. After time in the outer islands we really needed to freshen up, so the showers and washing machine were helpful. There was good amounts of drying space, the kitchen was fully functional, and we were given our space to enjoy our holiday."

Tonga is super basic so expectations of any accomodation need to keep this in mind.

Es ruidosa, se escucha todo de las habitaciones contiguas. Lo bueno es que te dejan tapones para los oídos.

Todo fue bien

"Los jardines con su césped verde y variedad de flores, la chimenea, el olor a leña....cada rincón tiene su detalle rústico. Realmente te conecta con la naturaleza."

La habitación es confortable, pero la cama aunque grande no es tan cómoda. La conexión wifi en habitación.

"La casa tiene mucho encanto y el personal muy amable y servicial. La cama súper cómoda y las sabanas y almohadas suaves y mullidas. La ubicación es perfecta. En pleno centro pero calle tranquila."

Por poner una pega como algo a mejorar, el baño se hace muy pequeño y tiene poca luz

"Cette maison d'hôtes est charmante. J'ai été à l'aise....comme à la maison. Le jardin est paisible. J'ai apprécié le calme et le personnel qui était au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. J'ai apprécié aussi la proposition d'un chauffeur depuis l'aéroport compris dans le tarif. Il y a un super marché à 300m bien pratique."

"This beautiful, historic mountain farm was beautifully kept by the owners. Everyone was friendly. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. The home cooked food was delicious."

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property.

"Está muy cerca del Castillo y de la iglesia. Los caminos a estos lugares son entre viñedos y es una hermosa caminata."

Sentí un poco de frío, pero hay que resaltar que yo soy muy friolenta.

When booking on here, It wasn't too clear about the extra cost of breakfast and also when we arrived, the receptionist told us what time this was but then when we came down for it the next morning, said we had not booked. Needs to be clear on check in and booked then. It would have perhaps been good to have been informed about the wedding taking place when we were there.

"We enjoyed staying in this pleasant beautifully decorated house with the lovely host Genet and her 4 puppies. She was very warm ,welcoming and treated us like a member of the family. Genet was very efficient and organised and updated us regularly before our arrival. She arranged safe transport for us ,gave us very useful tips and reccomeded lovely places to dine at. Every day she prepared amazing traditional breakfast dishes and before we left even gave us her own home made berber and another special powder. Loved staying here and will always remember Genet"

Wifi could have been better

"La habitación estaba limpia y tenía todo lo necesario. Me encantó la piscina. El lugar es muy tranquilo. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto."

Por desgracia, tuvimos un problema y nos tuvimos que ir antes pero fuero muy agradables y lo entendieron perfectamente. Una lástima no haber podido disfrutarlo todos los días que habíamos reservado.

"Instalaciones, entorno, limpieza y personal. En general, es fantástico. Muy competitivo en precio y por encima de la media en su rango."

Como detalle, pondría una toalla por persona en las habitaciones. Seguro que sí la pides te la dan sin inconveniente.

"Since I read the book who the owner Dorota wrote, I really wanted to visit Vanilla House. And it was as I imagined, even better!!! The sound of the ocean at night...The breeze.. The food... The view... I loved it!!!!"

No tenía buena comunicación al aeropuerto, aunque andando fue como un paseo largo.

"Wonderful to be the only guests staying in the hotel, it felt special to have a chef come in to make our meals, which were very good. We had our dog with us sge was showing in a competition on site, she was welcomed and as we were the only guests she sat in the dining room with us. She was very relaxed and the next day came 1st in her Breed. We will return for another event soon."

Perhaps the bedroom could have been warmer.
