"Las fotos crean una expectativa y luego la realidad es otra. La piscina tiene disponibilidad para day pass y se llena de personas que hacen ruido, saltan a la piscina, mojan a la gente… El desayuno solo está disponible para grupos."

"Piscina que ni pisamos porque estaba lleno de familias y era pequeña para tanta gente. El desayuno solo se incluye si eres un grupo, nosotros al ser pareja no nos dieron de desayunar, nos pareció un poco feo el gesto. Las camas demasiados blandas para mi gusto."

"We arrived early for check-in, which was no problem. I asked if I could check out later, and that was also fine. The staff were helpful and friendly. The facilities were very good. The pool was wonderful. I recommend it."

"All the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean, they even wanted to change towels daily. The pool is quite big, very clean water. We had a wonderful stay and we would probably come back."

"Didn't have the option to sit and eat breakfast in the hotel as only cater to large groups but we did get the choice of takeaway delivery service to our room or pool which was really quick and good"

"The staff telling lies: my son was seriously ill (antibiotics needed) and the receptionist told us that because august 15th is national holiday, the hospital was closed (!!!!!!!!) And we needed to wait for the next day for "their private doctor" to come. She also said that all the shops were closed and that we had to buy from "their delivery service". Our luck, we did not listen to her, went to the hospital, then to the shops and got what we needed. Dirty room: On arrival (same bloody august 15th) We had to wait 24 hours to get our room cleaned: we fount grapefruits on the floor and unidentified brown splatters on the bathroom wall (excrements? Vomit? I don't know...). Coming from a long trip by car, we couldn't even take a shower for 24 hours waiting for room service..."
